View, pool and staffp

Climb to room needs exceptional fitness many steps and inclines. Anybody not really fit should not book. I still play tennis, but needed. A rest half way.

I Like the appartement, it's nice, clean and has a free shuttle service from Apartment to city mall and to diniwid,it is quite distance between the apartment to station 2 need to pay 25pesos from city mall to Dmall and if you are from dmall then you need to pay 250 to go back in the apartment.The only thing is you need to be ready to climb up the hill. For us it was okay no problème because it was an exercise for us. If you have an elderly person with you then i would suggest not to choose the ocean suit or honeymoon suit.The staffs are friendly.

The bed is quite noisy when you turn left or right. I HOPE they will put strong foundation.

The place quite well matched what was described in the web-page. Smoot transportation from Caticlan airport to hotel and also back to airport. Hotel is cosy, clean, secure and staff is friendly and always ready to help. Good options for breakfast. The place is peaceful and there is some distance to white beach and d'Mall. Still you can reach White beach northen part in 15 min walk, d'Mall perhaps 30-45 min walk from beach front. Still we usually used e-bikes - so be prepared to pay for that.

Only negative experience was some troubles with e-bike drives - some of them tried to get over price. So always before get a drive ask the price - otherwise they could demand something else you expected.

Hotel has private transportation to beach and main road if transportation is not empty. Apartment is very nice and place is very quiet. Sari sari stores are everywhere around you. Closest shopping mall is like 10-15 minutes of walk.We had problems with water but lady on front desk brought repairmans quickly and they fix that problem in 2-3 hours.

Should use waiter whom knows english and is communicative. Wifi is almost not existing but I expected that as Wifi in Philippines is very bad almost everywhere. I suggest to people to have they own data.

We liked the location. It is in a quiet place, there is a beach very close, 5 minutes walk. City mall can be reached by walking. There are a lot of small shops with vegetables and fruits and fish and all on the way. There is free transport available also to the closest beach and City Mall. Breakfast is great. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped, we cooked occasionally. The Jacuzzi on the terrace was just perfect under the stars. We had a partial sea view and view to the garden which we enjoyed.

The internet was slow, sometimes it did not work. Other than that all was great 😃

I liked the place being so serene and quiet and upclose to nature type of ambience.

I recommend to have a phone in the room so that no need to go down to the reception if we do have few concerns.

The view was amazing. I originally booked for 3 nights but loved this place so much that I booked a couple of extra nights.

These were very minor to me and I hope they can correct them, but the shower seemed to have two settings cold or very hot. Took a lot of fiddling around to get it at a temperature that I could stand and the pressure from the shower was very poor. We did mention this to them but I was never resolved. Warning, there is a very steep walk from hotel lobby to the room, followed by a lot of steps. If you struggle with steep paths and stairs this might not be the place for you.

Lovely apartment, easy walk to beach. Used the free shuttle to nearest mall regularly. Around 150 to 250 pesos between the 4 of us to town centre. Lovely pool, very friendly staff, great breakfast.

As others have said it's a bit of a slope to the apartments but if you're reasonably fit really not an issue. Otherwise use a cheap trike, always loads available. For us the location up the hill was a positive not a negative.

The location and view! We stayed in the penthouse accommodation and the view did not disappoint it, it was breathtaking! They helped with organizing our transport from the airport and it was great!

The accommodation needs a little renovation as it seemed a bit old. The breakfast choices are very poor, I have never stayed in a place that doesn’t offer at all (free or paid) juice, so that was a bit weird and can improve.

The sea view. The staff was particularly nice and helpful. The romantic dinner was good and reasonable for the price. Very nice honeymoon suite. The free transfer to the city mall and diniwid beach is also good.

Sometimes the shower didn't work, so there was little water. And in the last 2 days we have unfortunately had drunk and noisy neighbors.
