Location is excellent, on the edge of the old town but not far from the train station. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. The breakfast was superb and the atmosphere of the hotel is historic and individual, rather than corporate.

Totally a personal preference but for me the mattress was too firm so it wasn't the most comfortable of nights. Some people may prefer this!

The location of the hotel is excellent . On the Main Street and very close to the old town square . Impossible to get lost. It would be a short taxi ride from the town train station but I chose to walk . It took me just 15 minutes to get there. Close to the hotel are many shops, restaurants and cafes. The room was of a very high standard . Clean and immaculate bathroom and WC. The breakfast had a good choice and one could choose a choice of omelette to be made. The Hotel Bristol would be my strong recommendation to stay if in Tarnow. The staff at reception were welcoming. There is tourist information on Tarnow available . I just wish I could have stayed longer.

I could find no fault with this excellent hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has parking at the back. The location was very good. 5 mins away from the old town and only 15 mins by foot away from the central train station. This small town is a gem and worth visiting. None of the touristic crowds of Kraków or Warsaw, hence the prices are reasonable. Everything is reachable by foot, and many good restaurants and cafés are within walking distance. The hotel buffet breakfast was great, but they will also do a cooked breakfast if you want.

We spent Sat-Tues. The city is generally quiet except for Fri and Sat. nights when the clubs/discos open. The one across the street from the hotel was very loud on these 2 nights until about 4 AM! Unless you are a party animal and want to party along until 4 AM, I suggest you take ear plugs, else getting sleep will be challenging.

Clean,quiet and comfortable rooms with a helpful staff. Good value for money and centrally located. Like Tarnów itself, the hotel exudes a particular 'fin-de-siecle' charm and atmosphere- the Bristol was itself briefly at the centre of political events following World War. Expect marble statues, stucco mirrors and a slightly theatrical gloom rather than modern pizzaz.

First of all => location is superb. I was lucky to get a parking on the street & during Saturday & Sunday it was free:) Hotel is located on a central street of the very cute Tarnow old town, so You can just step out and get to the very nice town central square, perferct for a lazy weekend !! nearby i found a superb Italian restaurant => Excellent quality. Hotel has a good quality pool table, so it was very nice to play 8-ball since very long time:) For breakfast, You make an order from the menu => and it is also super cool. Did i mention how little i paid for the room? Very little, i can assure You;)

Excellent location in Tarnow, easy check in, excellent staff, comfortable clean room. Overall a very good experience, I will use again in the future as I live in Poland and travel through Tarnow a lot on the way to and from work.

I had to pay by a cash instead of direct debit via booking. I am not sure if this payment method is set up by hotel or by booking.com - it is something it would be nice to work on as sometimes you may not carry cash with you. online payments are so much more convenient

Noisy radiator in room 33. I had to shut it down to be able to fall asleep.

Great location with easy access to everything. Spacious room. The staff were all pleasant and responsive.

Would have liked more power outlets and better WiFi.
