There was a strong smell from the bathroom of the originally assigned room. We were moved to another room, lady at the reception was very nice and polite. The room was OK, but during the night at some moments the smell was present also there. Both rooms were at the ground level. I hope they will solve this issue, otherwise the hotel looks very clean and tidy. There could be better offer for breakfast (it is delivered to the room based on the form filled the evening before).

Comfortable beds, different hot food every day but still plenty of options on the breakfast. The little sweets were a nice touch to the room and water given daily in glass jars with lemon.

The only thing that annoyed me was that the water kept escaping the shower and had to use towels to sort it

generally it was realy good -- tidy roods, enough space, guarded parking space, good location(not for POI, but if your customer is just 400m far from hotel)

i was surprised that I have to live in a room which is designed for a disabled person -- not because it was bad, rather not, but because some circustances were not usual -- like no door for the shower, special toilet etc. Anyway it was interesting experience.

Clean and spacious enough room, comfortable bathroom, air conditioner worked well. Breakfast far exceeded expectations - everything was very fresh, looked appetizing, quite a large selection of food, quality and tasty food.

The air conditioning wasn’t working

The room was clean and silent, all necessary things were here. The staff was friendly and amiable. The breakfast was ready to everyone, and with a good price.

Really nice place to stay for few days. Cozy and super clean room, friendly personal and you will receive any support you need. Highly recomended to stay if you need some place in Poznan.

Warmer blankets. Sometimes its little cold, but maybe I need to turn on some heating equipment:)
