They could have informed earlier the parking isn't for free. Next morning they charged a parking fee. Another point, at night there are intermittent beeps on the hallway. Anoying but overall the place is very nice.

The hotel has a great location - beautiful mountain views but also within walking distance to the city centre. Our room was spacious, had a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast was tasty with a great variety of both sweet and savoury options.

There were sometimes no clean towels in the spa area. The towels in our room were outdated (they had holes in them). We'd appreciate it if there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel.

The apartement was clean and comfy. Great breakfast.

Small swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Also the balcony which belongs to the apartement is not so big. It would be really nice to have some sitting area example on the terrace close to jacuzzi.

Nice and modern resort close to the forest, outside of busy city center. Cosy room with kitchen and great breakfast.

Very slow Wi-Fi. Undersized wellness area (2 small saunas, 1 small hot tub and swimming pool full of children)

Breakfast was excellent, also wellness facilities were nice and clean, perfect was the possibility to borrow swimming aids for children. Kitchen was well equiped.

I have nothing to complain about.

Dusty. No kitchen salt in the room. No possibility to buy any food, drink or even coffee on site, except breakfast.
