Good location for my business. Easy access. The sauna was very nice.

The staff at the sauna and fitness area appeared very annoyed by hotel guests as opposed to outside visitors. Fairly rude.

Although I had short stay, it is safe to say that I did enjoy it much. You can meet many different people there, regardless of what group you are traveling with, all needs are meet here. As for the Spa area, it offers many diverse opportunities to relax, with quite a large area to avoid overcrowdedness and many sunbathing lounger chairs and saunas. Breakfast is also amazing, regardless of what diet you are on. This also holds true for the resteraunt on the ground floor, where you will be surprised with amazing food to a fair price. Lastly, all the staff are friendly but not like in an overly or perfunctory way or so, as in some other hotels.

As for the bathtub in the suit, the nozzles could have been a little cleaner. But this is only a minor critic.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The spa facilities, including the saunas and steam room, were particularly impressive. The sauna ceremony conducted by the sauna masters was an exceptional experience that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices, and the staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and professional. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others.

Very good quality breakfast if you come not near the breakfast closing time. Personnel are very friendly and helpful. Very nice and spacious room. Calm and comfortable rest if your room window does not face the highway. Will definitely come here again if I have another chance to visit Rzeszów.

Public transport. More suitable transport is a taxi, but it is not cheap. Background music plays around the clock in all rooms and is not very quiet. At night this makes it difficult to sleep, since the choice of music style is not very good.

This hotel is an absolute jewel. I was amazed at how great the staff, facilities, restaurant and the amazing breakfast bar was presented. The quality of literally everything was a 5 star experience.

I honestly could not find a single thing would complain about that is under the Hotel's control. The highway was a mess, but I understand it's been under construction for years. That did not interfere with my stay, but did make Taxi access a bit rough.

The front desk service manager went over and above to accomodate a baggae incident (when the cabdriver was not able to fit a large bag into his car. The Desk Manager took it upon himself to take my bag to the airport!!!!! Thia was the crowning event of a stay that has me looking forward to returning!!!! This manager is GREAT!!!! Please promote him and clone him if possible!!! I told my wife about the most pleasant experience and she will be writing a letter to the management to acclaim this individuals professionalism and conscientious behavior. Please convey my sincere gratitude and respects to the entire management team; but please elevate these accolades to senior managent. Very Respectfully, G.R. 'MAC' McElligott

Modernly decorated comfortable hotel with a nice spa bonus. For rest on the road.

A very unpleasant surprise was the inclusion of TV in the room: 3 Polish channels, 1 British and FIVE (!) russian state propaganda channels. Question to the hotel administration: why? for what?

An excellent place for overnight and longer stay.

Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in , in a beefy long time. Delicious food wether it was dinner or breakfast

The water in the pools could have been a bit warmer. It got quite cold after a few minutes.

Very clean and modern facilities. Pool, spa, sauna, ice bath very modern and clean. High quality food at restaurant. Breakfast was exceptional as well. Staff was very helpful. I can not think of a single thing to complain about. Will be coming back for sure.
