I liked the location, having its own parking lot and bar. Special thanks to the girl at the reception for the kettle and cups. The staff is friendly and speaks different languages. We arrived with a dog after surgery, we were asked to pay a deposit of 100 zlotys, which was then returned after checking the room. As for me, such rules are better than not allowing you to use a hotel at all just because you have a dog because a dog is always a member of the family.

The room seemed small and the shower room could have been larger, but this did not bring much inconvenience. And the neighbors were noisy.

I liked the room size. I got a lovely one bed apartment with floor to ceiling windows in two walls. The sitting room was nicely furnished. The whole feel about the place was just right. The location of the hotel was perfect fir me as I came for a SGP at Olimpijski Stadion. You could even take a walk there it is so close. There is a KFC next door open late and a petrol station to stock up on much needed supplies:) There is a bus stop at the foot of the hotel, the bus takes you to the Wrocław main train station in 20 min and there are trams a minute walk from the hotel to take you to various central locations including old town and Ostrów Tumski Island in no time. I highly recommend this place.

the only thing that was a bit annoying was the air conditioning motor that was making a very light noise from above the ceiling in the bathroom. it did not bother me but for someone with a very sensitive sleep it may be a problem. you would hevecto have it switched off. other than that - perfect place.

The stay was fab and the views were amazing from the 4th floor to the lake and city side Nice towels and amenities included warm water is available Lifts were functional and the stay is not too far from the city The pool was mentioned on the website as being undergoing maintenance but upon reaching they said its functional which is good

Breakfast has good options but for vegetarian i dont think there are many Air con wasnt working that great as temperature if set low, wasnt cooling the room that quickly, but overall the room was comfortable

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Climate control and suprisingly well noise isolated rooms. Professional service provided hassle-free check-in and check-out. Hotel located in well communicated place if you use car. Room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained despite hotel has its years. Big plus for cleaning service that puts heart into providing best experience for visitors.

I wished car placed could be reserved in advance in hotel parking. But it is city centre and you cannot have anything. I'm happy with the parking nevertheless.

The rooms are very clean and the showers have warm water, which I think is well worth the price. Also, the best part was the people at the reception desk. They were kind and very gentle with my dog.

The only negative is that the sinks are low and the wash basins are small so they are difficult to use and the parking lot is hard to find.

The hotel is by the river which was perfect for our morning runs. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Right in front of the hotel, there are a KFC and a gas station with a good store in it with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was tasty with many options both sweet and savory.

The pillows could be better as ours were a bit lumpy and reminded a sack of potatoes. The area in front of the hotel needs signs with directions to the hotel. Even though it's tall and visible, taxis still wouldn't come to the entrance and stopped at the gas station because from their point of view driving further would lead them to the KFCs drive-thru.

Very good hotel. It is new and clean. It has paid parking that you should book in advance, but also there are a lot of free parking places just behind the corner. Also a free indoor swimming pool is an amazing option to relax at the end of the day, after a long road or walk. They also serve a very good breakfast. The personnel are polite and friendly.

Excellent value for money for a short stay to explore the sights of Wroclaw. Rooms relatively smaller but acceptable for a stay of several days, breakfasts excellent, the location of the hotel itself is simply a modern town not much interesting but the public transport connection to the really magnificent city centre is very good and fast..

The only real drawback is the impossibility of reserving a parking place in advance.

Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff, especially on reception. Didn't try the pool :(, When we arrived the parking was full ( it seems normal for the weekends as per booking.com comments), so I have to find free parking space in the neighborhood, but it wasn't a problem at all, especially if you search the area around on Google maps in advance ;) So overall we enjoyed our stay. Definitely consider the hotel during our next visit to Wroclaw.

Very welcoming of the dogs, really lovely and friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Refundable deposit for the dogs which was a pleasant surprise when we arrived.

The deposit was 200zl for the dogs which was quite a bit more expensive than other places, but so long as it is clean when you leave we had no issues getting our deposit back.
