The hotel is a weird mix of 50's vibe with some very modern renos/touches. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about. The location was important to us as it was close to the lift for Kasprowy Wierch. It also put us in a quiet part of town as a bonus. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with lots of choice. The staff were great to deal with and very helpful.

The hot tub is small and sub par. The pull out sofa in the living room isn't ideal for more than a night's stay.

Comfortable rooms, good swimming pool, sauna, helpful front desk, close to the national park. Good kitchen in the room.

Relatively far (15+ minutes walk) from ski slopes, restaurants and grocery stores. A Nespresso machine is available in the room but it is hard to buy cartridges in the nearby stores and the hotel sells coffee cartridges at a steep markup.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. The deluxe room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable king-size bed and friendly staff. The pool and sauna, while not large, were included in the accommodation price and provided a nice relaxation option. Bike rentals were also available. The sound of the stream next to the hotel created an idyllic atmosphere for morning coffee. The parking garage below the hotel cost 40 PLN per day, which was cheaper than the neighboring guarded parking lot.

There was nothing that caused any inconvenience or disappointment.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, comfy, close to the hiking routes, and the pool and sauna were a great bonus! We even got to check in ahead of time, which was highly appreciated.

Everything was really fab except for one thing: while the beds were very comfy, the sofa bed was a disaster! I would suggest an update there if the apartment really is to host 4 guests.

Great location.We really enjoyed the swimming pool and saunas after long walks in Zakopane. Spacious rooms and kitchenettes were handy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend 👍🤗

A little bit outdated , rooms need refreshing . When we came for breakfast at 9.20 am there was no hot food left and it wasn't topped up even though more people came to eat. .

The location was really good for us, far enough from the city center but still close enough to go there by foot. When we left our dog in the room he felt 100% comfortable and safe there, just like home. After the cold outside weather the Wellness was perfect with the warm air/water temperature. The garden in the snow looked beautiful in Christmas morning. The staff was nice and helpful

Location near trail and walking distance to the city centre. Nice clean apartments with fully equipped kitchen. Generally great for the price.

Double Bed - made of two single beds means you fall into a hole in the middle of the night when you're rolling during sleep. Tea glasses ! Somehow someone had an idea that glasses with holders with no holes would be comfortable for use.

Location was the main advantage for us. Possibly closest hotel (walking distance) to Kuznice. We have been able to ski back right down to the hotel door. Good breakfast, comfy beds, well sized rooms, from my previous experience with hotels the TV was bigger size than average and had Netflix installed :), hot enough showers, lifeguard attended swimming pool and saunas (wet and dry), ski room with boot dryer (big+).

Drain in shower was releasing sewage smell. Informed reception, they sent someone immediately, but the person concluded that everything is ok. Well it wasn't. Bad smell continued. Told the reception again, was assured someone will attend but didn't. Solved this myself by running water slowly into the gully 24/7 :(. Sort it Murowanica! Room 311.

Great location if you want to go hiking up to the mountains, sauna/wellness nice at the end of the day. Recommend the apartment with kitchen and you can make your own meals. Staff is kind

Breakfast is correct but not that great + it is in an underground room, bit depressing (we took it only once)

Spacious and comfortable apartments, equipped with full kitchen. The price includes sauna and swimming pool, which is a great place to relax after hike.

The kitchen should be equipped with a cutting board. The 2 single beds are really only for sleeping one by one (my misunderstanding).
