Perfect breakfast with nice view. Spa center was nice, as well as playground for kids outside. Nice lounge for evening drink. Good location, helpful and friendly staff at reception.

Quite small room. Staff at breakfast restaurant do not know that smile makes the day always better. At the evening we wanted to have something to eat after long day traveling and it was weard that on first day at bar they said that sorry - only drinks can be ordered as for food they are closed and you have to go to another building to order Pizza. Next day - even on later hours- saw pizza and snacks being delivered to the lounge all the time from that another building by personel. But it' s small things just if you have to look for smth to claim, otherwise- we enjoyed.

Very good location, walking distance to the cable car and hiking trails. The breakfast buffet is very big, offering a big variety of different foods. The dinner buffet is a bit smaller compared to breakfast, but still you have 3 different choices from mains. We had a lovely view to the mountains. Parking area is big. Around the hotel there are plenty of cafes and restaurants. Hotel staff at the reception was very helpful.

Sauna area is huge, maybe (just a suggestion) add an ice bath. We felt like it would have been nice to dip into an ice bath after a long day of walking.

Nosal is a great place to introduce the family to skiing/snowboarding. The short slopes with all facilities are just across the road. The pool and hot tubs are busy at peak times but adults can escape to the sauna or spa for me time. The buffet breakfast and dinner were creative and generous. Plenty of distractions a walk away, around town, but almost all directed at families.

We felt too warm in our otherwise comfortable rooms at night, so even at -8 outside, we opened the windows a bit. Desk staff didn’t volunteer all info they might have… hard to find out about their equipment hire or ski lessons and we found out late that staying at the hotel qualified us for a ski lift discount.

I loved the hotel! The room was modern, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the view from the room was beautiful. The hotel's location was excellent—situated in a quiet area yet close to several restaurants and a mini-market within walking distance. That was a definite plus!

WiFi was reliable only on my first night; I struggled with it for the rest of my stay. The balcony door didn't close properly, allowing flies and bees to enter, which was unpleasant. During my four-night stay, the towels, bed sheets, and mugs were never replaced. While I can overlook not changing the towels, not replacing the coffee mugs was disappointing. The reception often had long lines and couldn’t answer phone calls, likely due to understaffing relative to the hotel's size and number of guests. Lastly, my room in the main (older) building had amazing views but no AC. Staying there in July, the room was very hot. I was provided a fan, which helped at night, but it didn't bring in fresh air. This is important for guests who require AC.

- "live cooking" option at breakfast - easy access to swimming pool - nice playground and playroom for kids - massage at spa was decent - rooms were comfy and big

- the bathroom faucet needs urgent replacement as it spills water all over the sink unless fully open - the lifeguards could benefit from training on basic manners, such as greeting guests with "hello," "hi," or "goodbye" - additionally, one of the lifeguards was observed napping in the chair for half the time we were at the pool - there are not enough coffee machines available at breakfast - each morning had two queue up with couple of other people even though half of the tables were empty

Everything was tip top, i’d highlight the great staff reaction when i asked to change the room ( i got one without balcony where room booked was supposed to have one) - we got upgraded to an even larger room (with balcony). i do not often get such a positive attitude toward customer complaints and this really improves the experience ! Keep it this way !

Minor point but as some guest said, swimming pool is too small for such a large resort. Also hotel is huge and not always easy to navigate (ex: access to the pool and wellness area)

We were completely delighted with the hotel: - It is located in a very picturesque place. The views from the balcony were incredible; - Nearby is great infrastructure: coffee houses, restaurants, grocery shops, souvenir shops, bus stop; - There is secure parking on the territory of the hotel; - Very spacious and clean rooms (standard). The rooms are equipped with everything you need, also in the room there are bathrobes and slippers for the spa; - Delicious breakfast (especially I fell in love with the Karpatka dessert), large selection of dishes, beautiful restaurant, pleasant service; - I also want to highlight the spa complex in the hotel, we spent 2 days there. And there is everything you need: a relaxation room, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, baths and saunas (18+), because we were without children, it was nice to be in this quiet and peaceful space. - Staff work. I would like to say a huge thanks to the guy on the reception. Quickly and in a positive way he solved our problem witj the booking* *When I was making a reservation through booking.com app (I booked 2 rooms, one for myself with my husband, the second one for my sister and her husband), it was indicated that the capacity of each room is 2 people and breakfast is included. Also, there was no option to add guests during the booking process. Only once optionally (!!!) I was proposed to add the name of the guest for the second room. That's all. The guy explained to us that all guests must be included, so they can have the breakfast, but not only the persons mentioned on reservetion. We were lucky and thanks to him for understanding. But be careful and attentive when you are booking!

The room was nice. Our room's balcony was faced to an air handling unit. The tap in the bathroom was a little bit strange. It is positive critic, I hope so. I have been in several hotels but the breakfast was among the bests in this hotel. It is a very nice building. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast hall is divided in 2 parts. The bigger one is very nice. We could get glutenfree bread. We got 2 different types of gf bread. many thanks for that. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the wellnes.

Great hotel, exceeded my expectations.

Pool area is extremely busy and chlorine smell is too strong so I did not use it. Hotel needs to control duration of stay and amount of people in the pool to provide 4star service

Breakfast, room and wellness, everything was great :) staff were really nice and welcoming. They provided international plug and an umbrella when I requested, these nice little touches made the stay very comfortable.

Wellness need hooks to hang bathrobes. Babies and toddlers with nappies were allowed in Jacuzzi and main pool which I found very unhygienic. Main bar where they had live music was small and crammed for such a big resort, otherwise all good.
