Exceptional apartment, very clean, modern, warm, spacious and comfortable. Easy access to underground parking. Excellent communication from hosts- you have to call on arrival to get instructions on how to get the key, but they speak English, answered the call promptly and explained everything clearly. The patio would be great in the summer. Quite neighbourhood.

No WiFi. We only stayed for one night, but for longer stays would be a massive inconvenience. Also, it did not matter to us at all - but there was no dishwasher in the kitchen and they only had a small fridge.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Self check-in. Private and secure parking. I enjoyed the location - it was quiet but quite close to a street with shops and restaurants.

Parking. I do not recommend going with low-bumper car. There’s a very steep edge which we had to go backwards off multiple times and still touched ground with the front of the car. Stingy with toiletries. Only 2 shower gel (2in1 shampoo and shower gel) for 2 people for 6 nights. Wifi didn’t accept provided password for our room. We used another rooms wifi, but it was weak. Also not a big thing, but the view in pictures is a little misleading- there’s another building blocking the mountain view (at least from the first floor).

The apartment (#5) was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for 4 adults. The location was good, and overall the apartment was of great value. The basement garage was also covered with dedicated parking spots so you don't have to worry about your car. Check-out was easy.

Someone parked in our spot and had to park in someone else's parking spot. The instructions to access the apartment and also to check out had to be given by calling the number they provided. Not a major inconvenience but I would have preferred to receive all the information and access codes beforehand in an email or app message. I can see how this type of communication could be an issue with visitors that don't speak English or can't use their phones to call the number outside their country.

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment. It is a quiet location but not far away from the center of the town. Well-equipped apartment if you want to cook your food. Enough place for three people. The garage was convenient; you did not have to remove the snow from the car daily, and you started with a pre-warmed car for your voyage.

The storage place was a trade-off if you want to unpack your stuff.

Apartment is new, clean and spacious. You need to make a phone call to the host (can speak English) and then you will find the key from a locked box (I never met the host). Quiet area. Good location if you are planning to visit Morskie Oko.

My apartment is on the ground floor (next to the public garbage bin) but notice certain dog (not sure if stray dog or neighbor's dog) right outside of the window door (no barking but looks creepy in the dark). Since the front gate is open, anyone can walk into the outside area of the apartment. The road to the apartment is bumpy. Not much expectation of WIFI.

Nice room 6, which corresponds to the photos. It is also convenient that there is an underground parking. Check-in would have been better if we had arrived earlier and then received our key at the reception. But it so happened that we arrived at 10pm and received instructions on how we can get into the room by calling in English on the phone

Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Kitchen had all we needed during our stay. We also had balcony with mountain view. In general, property location was very calm and relaxing. Property also has underground parking, which, according to some comments is difficult for parking, but for us it was all ok, even with quite big sedan. I also liked code based check-in/check-out solution. Owners were very polite and helpfull. We bookmarking this property for our next trip to Zakopane 😉

Facilities and the area are lovely. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. The underground garage option is definitely a big bonus.

We’ve been woken up at 8.30am by the lady from reception asking for money which we have already paid upfront. It was rather unpleasant experience as it was very early in the morning. She also came to us twice. When she came back the second time, she had her phone in hand and asked me to speak to her colleague (who seemed to be surprised by the fact that we were in that particular apartment). That was a bit disappointing start of the day as we had a clear instructions and the keys left in the secure box the night before. I had to show the lady my payment proof and she just walked away.

The apartment is large, spacious. Good equipment, towels available, we also appreciated the shower gel and shampoo. We stayed just 1 night, but we felt like at home. I appreciate free parking in the garage.

The apartment was on the ground floor - strangers could see into the windows in the kitchen.
