My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I liked the room, clean, new, comfortable beds. There was a separate wide sofa for the child. The view from the room is straight to the mountain, very beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious and believe us, there is something to compare with.) Parking is free, which is nice. But most of all I wanted to mention Weronika and Dmytro, recepcja. Very nice and polite staff. They are loyal to their clients, they try to make their holiday comfortable, calm and make you want to come back to them again. I highly recommend the hotel, you will be satisfied.

Probably the best value for money in Zakopane. Cozy clean rooms with balcony, hearty breakfast and free car park. Very quiet environment if you want to stay away from the city center noise. Which is recomended especially when you come back tired from the trails. Convenient location close to the mountains is also a benefit. There are some grocery shops and restaurants nearby so we could stay away from the city center buzz.

Pillows and shower equipment were tired and the fridge almost dead.

The property was located in a quiet area near the city centre and with easy access to the park (for those who are looking to hike to Morskie Oko). The room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, the staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet had many options and everything was very tasty.

At first it was a little bit confusing to see where the reception was, but the people around were very nice and showed the right way.

A good hotel, well presented, comfy, in a pleasant area around 3km walk to central Zakopane. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet with tastes of real Polish cuisine like bigos and placki ziemniaczane. There's also a good restaurant farther up the street for dinner. My only critique is that the walls are a bit thin, over the weekend I had a group next door to me and could hear their conversation into the night - I think soundproofing wouldn't go amiss.

Amazing, abundant, varied, delicious breakfast! Everything was great. Thanks to the guy at the reception for recommending the two best thermal pool parks - we were very glad to have chosen them.

Nice and clean (superior) room. Appreciably comfortable beds after long day's hike, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, free parking.

Slightly noisy ventilation of adjacent hotel buildings (for sensitive sleepers), closing windows solves the problem. One of the two night lamps didn't work. And the bathroom LED was in the agony of slow and painful death (blinked constantly) :) Although it didn't bother us. I'm sure it would get fixed up right away if we'd mentioned it at reception.

The room was large, super clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and modern with a strong hair drier. The breakfast had a large selection of food, loved the fresh fruit. Only things I was missing is fried eggs and bacon for a real fatty hiking breakfast 😁 The location is outside of Zakopane almost, in the Bory part. It's quite far from the center but there is a bus stop 3min from the hotel, plus it was convenient for us since we were the first dropped off after hiking to Morskie Oko.

Comfort and very clean rooms, nice and polite staff, convenient location, 35-40 min walking distance to central street Krupowki. As for the breakfast - it was truly the best breakfast we've ever had in Zakopane hotels or other hotels nearby! A great variety of dishes, which were very tasty and cooked with love. A separate thanks to the cooks for "shuba" salad, we were surprised to have it on Christmas morning, and it was very delicious, as well as other dishes.

We ordered a sauna, but they launched it off 1 hour before the SPA finishes, so sauna became colder and colder. Also the sauna door wasn't closing tightly, and was opening itself.

Hotel is about 3km away from city center but easily accessible by city bus which stops 100m from hotel. Parking was free and there was a lot of space. Breakfast was great and every morning they add something new on the table. Room was clean. WiFi signal was great.

We've been there for 4 nights and trash was emptied only one time. Staff at the reception could be more helpful. I think that they are not Polish at all, so they can't offer information about important locations around Zakopane.

When you book hotel with parking included, you expect a parking space. Especially when the reservation is not required and the hotel takes the plate number. From about 20:00 there is no space left, so we parked by the entrance, and in the morning there was someone by staff cussing at it😀
