Very nicely furnished rooms in an original style. Very good food - one of the best we have ever tasted. Very nice and helpful staff. The place is on the outskirts and is surrounded by the National Park on three sides, which makes this location quiet and peaceful. All places can be easily reached by car or public transport. The location is an excellent starting point for trips to the High Tatras.

The location of the facility close to a road without a continuous line of sidewalks means that there is nowhere that you can walk around the facility. Entrance to the National Park is possible only in designated areas at a certain distance from the property. I advise against walking on the side of the road due to heavy traffic and frequent violations of the speed limit by drivers.

The food was awwsome, super delicious. The sortiment of breakfast was huge. The spices they use make the dishes typical polish flavor. Facilities for children and adults as well like table tennis, biliard, jakuzzi, sauna, playground, etc.

The city of Zakopane is very crowdy, so the ride to the city is also very slow from this location, but it doesn't lower the accomodation ratings itself.

Everything. Comfortable beds, large room and bathroom. We've arrived after 22pm and the hotel called us to make sure the exactly time we would arrive because they would wait for us, even late.

They gave me a card to get into the hotel when the reception is closed (after 22pm) one day it didn't work, but we rang the bell and someone else opened for us.

Amazing staff, very helpful. The property is located close to the entrance of Tatrzanski Park Narofowy, near to Kasprowy Wierch. You can walk to the centre of Zakopane (around 4km). The food in the restaurant is delicious and at reasonable prices, massage is relaxing and they offer quite a variety of different massage types. Rooms are spacious but the one we had was without the balcony, though the property has a big terrace and garden. The car park is also spacious and you can find a place to leave your car. At the hotel you can ask for “breakfast to go” if you go hiking early in the morning (the package is quite big), breakfast was good, continental/Polish so no vegan options, though the restaurant offers some vegan dishes in general

If you are vegan the breakfast won’t be for you, expected something more form the jacuzzi

- possibility to book SPA entirely for you, that’s an extremely convenient option (20zl for 30min additional charge, in my humble opinion - worth it 100%) - lady at reception is really nice and helpful, making stay even better - good spacious parking and super close to public transportation to explore surroundings with no headache of parking - bar and restaurant are just in the hotel - close to one of hiking routes

- facilities are pretty outdated, but clean and well functioning - evening time might be pretty busy in the restaurant, creating a bit of noise in the room until 10pm (for those who go to bed earlier) when windows are open. No AC in the room, but even +30 outside - we slept well - breakfast has needed variety, but not too tasty, service is great though

Cozy and small hotel, room was small but everything what you need, receptionist was great. It was a bit hard to order food, because waiters do not speak English. Private sauna and jacuzzi was cherry on top!

In description it was mentioned “mountains view” unfortunately there was no view, you can see just trees

Accommodation was very Nice and clean. We have also requested massages and wellness for an additional fee but it was totally worth it. Food was fine but nothing exceptional. Accommodation is not very far from Zakopane center but it is better if you have a car.

We arrived soaking wet after 200km mc ride in poring rain. We were offered an extra room to dry our gear. Nice and dry in the morning for a tour to the south part of Tatra and in to Slovakia. In all a too short and pleasant stay in this Nice hotel. Good dinner and excellent breakfast. Can highly recommend.

A very unique hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and picturesque, surrounded by lush forest. Perfect base for hikers. Has a spa, sauna, jacuzzi, bar and restaurant. Highly recommended 👍👌

The hotel looked nice inside and outside, we liked the style of it. It is next to the forest but also next to a road from which it is easily accessible even in snowy days. We liked the sauna and jakuzzi, both has a good temperature, for a really good price. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel, it was comfortable to eat there instead of going to eat to the center, the food was also good.
