We ordered breakfast and dinner - both were delicious. We had a choice of many types of food. This hotel was good starting point for trips to mountains (nearby starts tourist routs) or to city of Zakopane (there is bus station 2min. from there). Realy special was children´s corner with baloons and trampoline.

The last night we had slightly louder neighbors, but that was not a problem of hotel. Becouse we have small child, I went to reception and they sorted it out.

A nice view, better to have a car if you are gonna stay at this hotel, they have a free parking at the facilities. The breakfast buffet was really good, they changed a few things every day, so it wasn’t the same food every morning. The restaurant in the hotel (seperate) serves really tasty food, the staff was friendly not only in the restaurant, but in the whole hotel. Rooms are clean, small AC, but it wasn’t hot in the rooms at all (25-29° during the stay).

The pool and sauna are two different places, so you have to go through a corridor from one place to another, but it wasn’t that bad. Also, sauna and pool works 9AM-9PM, so if you get home after the mountains at 8PM, you don’t really have time to enjoy it.

Hotel is in a beautiful location. The area is nice an quiet. The hotel offers free parking. Breakfast and dinner is served in a buffet style. The variety and quality of the meals were good. Extra bonus point that dinner is served early till fairly late, so we could eat right after we arrived. The spa facilities were really nice. There is a decent sized pool and two jacuzzis. The bar have a good variety of drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. Signs are only in Polish (not a huge problem though).

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional (we had half board). Staff was very friendly, most of them we met also spoke english. Sauna was great, 95C. Steam bath also OK.

Most of the texts in the hotel were only in polish. I mean its not a big issue with google translate today, but It feels stupid to walk around at dinner, and type the dishes name into my phone, to have a clue what it is.

We were able to order food to eat in our room which was Delicious. Our room had an incredible view on the mountains and we had a spacious balcony with a table to sit out there and enjoy. Very big spacious room/bathroom. Plenty of room for 2 of us. Very comfortable stay in a gorgeous hotel. There is also a shop very close to hotel too and a bus stop which is very convenient and only a short ride into the main centre. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was ok, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, good location.

While I booked, there's information that taxes include, but when I checked out they tell us to pay extra about 350 zloty-city taxes.

It was well organized and all questions were answered and addressed

The sauna was too hot and not enough safety features. Our room was next to a furnace chimney and we could feel the heat and smell the smoke.

NIce big hotel with a great view of the mountains. The pool area, sauna, game room, and outside playground was perfect. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms.

The bartender was rude at the hotel (he would not take my order, even when the next person waiting pointed out to him that I was first), but luckily there is restaurant on the hotel grounds with a bar and there the staff was extremely friendly, and polite.

The hotel needs refurbishment inside, rooms are ok but walls in the hall and in the spa area - sauna relaxing room's ceiling - full of mauld, dirty. From the outside the hotel looks amazing. wifi is very poor.

Nice, clean room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, varied. Dinner available for long time and very good. I enjoyed the most SPA centre, especially Sauna, evening time. Bus stop at the corner, 2 min walk. Perfect location, on the hill with peace and great view a around. All in one, it was a great experience! I would like to come again:)
