Cleanliness superb. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was the best of out trip. Great value for money and oustandingly delicious pierogi and goulash with pancakes. The spa facilities were small but lovely. Hotel is directly on number 11 bus route. So easy to use but a lovely walk from hotel to Krupówki.

The spa wasn’t staffed and families with children overtook it, spoiling it for us. The jacuzzi was like a swimming pool with children pushing their way in and jumping all over. Their parents did not try to stop them. One family even had their young child in the sauna though she was crying to get out!

Exceptional breakfast. Very nice apartment, with a tub in the bedroom and a balcony. Very clean. Nice staff. The hotel has a spa with saunas, a jacuzzi and a salt room. Location of the hotel is close to the Nosal ski area (for beginners).

This is not a „didn't like”, but as a suggestion, one or more international channels on TV, because all of them were in Polish. And (but this is NOT hotel's fault), we lost money because of the very bad exchange rate between the Polish zloty PLN and the Romanian leu RON applied by the Polish bank (10% over the right exchange rate compared to euro).

We liked that it was not far from the hotel to reach the attractions. Very interesting hotel interior and very delicious breakfast.

Only upon arrival did we encounter the problem that all the parking spaces were occupied by hotel or restaurant customers, we had to leave the car far from the hotel on the side of the road and wait for a space to become available. Also, the room looked completely different than in the booking photos. I understand that not all rooms are furnished identically, but then photos of at least several room options could be uploaded. The photos on booking showed a completely different room with green accents, but in reality we got one with red accents and a different decor. And of course the room with green accents looked much more beautiful and aesthetic than the one we got.

Breakfast? Oh it wasn't much it just BLEW MY TASTE BUDS OFF! One of the best pick-your-own meal experiences I have ever had! Delicious deserts, mouth-watering food that reminds you of your honeymoon and previous romantic experiences! Oh and accommodation? Only the best I have had in years! In Poland it regularly snows in the winter, so you can sit inside making an expresso with the expresso machine while a light snow flutters from the sky. The memories you make in Gold hotel will last you a lifetime. Clean. In Gold hotel 'clean' has a whole new meaning. Every surface is spotless shining like a diamond. The prise is EXTREMELY affordable and when you consider what you are getting for that prise. On a side note this heaven disguising it self as a hotel has: two saunas ( which you can adjust the temperatures ), one jacuzzi that lets YOU decide when to turn the bubbles and a spa room. Literally the definition for a romantic getaway.

Nothing in this hotel has happened that made me dislike it. Everything has exceeded my expectations

The hotel had a lovely spa which you could use between 5pm-10pm. It had two saunas, a hot tub and relaxing places to sit and chill as well as a cold plunge bath. The spa was lovely and relaxing. You got robes and slippers in your room but we did not know this at first as staff did not make us aware when we checked in, but that was a nice touch for the spa. The room had a nice balcony to sit on in the sun. The room was clean and comfortable. It was is a nice quiet location with restaurants and shops close by. It was easy to get to Morskie Oko which is why we stayed here.

The shower leaked over the floor every time it was used. The breakfast could have had a few more options and seemed to run out of things quickly with out being topped up but it was still nice.

Spa area was nice and breakfast was delicious. The hotel overall was clean.

This biggest disappointment was that the bedsheets weren’t changed. At 22:30 I was changing the bedsheets in a hotel, after a day of hiking. There were hair everywhere and eyelashes on the pillows, also the towels were missing. I don’t like to write reviews especially bad ones. We left a complaint with the receptionist, hoping that the manager will come back to us on that, but they ignored our request to speak to manager. At least we expected that they will offer us a new cleaned room, which didn’t happen as well. I would even dare to say something about some sort of compensation. So, please check your bedsheets before going to sleep.

Nice place to stay

My stay at Gold Hotel in Zakopane was nothing short of extraordinary. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the Tatra Mountains that make waking up every morning a delight. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the scenic surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to help with any request, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot-on, enhancing my overall experience in Zakopane. The on-site restaurant is a culinary gem, offering a delectable selection of both local and international dishes. Each meal was a feast for the senses, prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented with artistic flair. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a daily treat, with a wide array of options to satisfy every palate. The hotel's amenities are top-notch, from the relaxing spa and wellness center to the well-equipped fitness room. I especially enjoyed unwinding in the sauna and hot tub after a day of hiking in the mountains. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's facilities is truly commendable. Location-wise, Gold Hotel is perfect. It's just a short walk from the bustling Krupówki Street, where you can find a variety of shops, cafes, and entertainment options. Yet, it remains a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle, allowing guests to enjoy the best of both worlds.

This place is fantastic. Great location, several attractions from the hotel are in a 20 minute car ride or are easyly accesabble by walk. If you prefer you can even book a taxi to Morskie oko. The room was comfortable, the breakfast versatile and delicious and the staff exceeded all our expectations. They were amazing, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend trying the hotel's restaurant as it's worth all the hype. There is no question we will come back in the near future.

Accessible to the downtown and hiking in Tatra National Park. Property was well maintained.
