The location is very good, the window is very nice. The room was not warm enough but we asked the owners to raise up the heating and they provide us with electric radiator, then it becomes so warm.

We didn't get the check in instructions until I send message by booking.com app, because they didn't respond to the email provided. I asked for the instructions, then they provide the details. At the middle of the day of arrival.

The room is big enough with everything needed. Lamps and bedsides from each side of the bed. There was access to the kitchen. The place is located close to the tracking paths and restaurants and minimarket. Also, the host generously allowed us to use the parking spot after check-out time and it helped us a lot as in high season it's challenging to find a free parking space in the city.

The parking requires some skills, the entrance is rather narrow.

The room was very clean - I'd say everything was perfect except the fact that one of the towels was stained with something that seemed like blood. It was obviously washed but the stains were there. I don't know what that was exactly but I personally just couldn't accept it... But luckily I had another towel to use instead.

Great location, two small supermarkets just outside. Warm and clean. Convenient for hiking. Room had a fridge and a kettle. Host is very nice.

The only drawback is that the house is close to the road, which makes it noisy because of all the cars

A gorgeous room plenty of space for the kids. Was really nice having a balcony to sit on and relax in the evening. Great position to get into to town and up the mountains. Great having a kitchen to be able to cook.

Leaking water under jacuzzi and very limited hot water when we tried fill up jacuzzi, except it everything was good

I liked the window, it was huge, all the way up the wall.

Problems with the Internet. The name of the Internet and its password were written on the paper, but there was no Internet itself. There were other access points, but the password didn't match any of them.

The accommodation was good, location was perfect, all exactly as expected. The flat was clean and there was available fully equipped kitchen.

Very nice and cozy cottage. Great location for hiking in the mountains, also situated right next to grocery stores and very good restaurants. We enjoyed our room as well - all in all, a very pleasant experience. Communication with the host was easy and good. Definitely good value for the price.
