Nice room with a very nice view and facilities! Andrew was always ready to help us with everything we need. Andrew was a really nice guy! We arrived a little bit late at Willa Koisowka and he waited for us outside. He was also very knowleadgeable with the directions to attractions in Zakopane. He guided us well. He even drove us to the train station on our last day because the bus took a bit too long to arrive. Strategic location too, there were a bus stop to the city centre and a convenience store right in front of the villa. 100% recommended!!!

Andrej, Leisha and there was another lady whose name we didn't get, were all really very good to us and welcoming. We were provided with a lot of information and suggestions along with some nice chats. The room is very comfortable, warm and spacious. The bathroom facilities were good too. There is a good spread for breakfast with a lot of fresh options. The view from our window was beautiful. The location is just perfect as it is right opposite Cyrhla bus stop.

Microwave which was mentioned in the facilities was not there.

+ very helpful, kind and polite owner + Nice view from the room on the mountains and the Zakopane city + Centrum of Zakopane is far only 10-15 minutes by bus (it depends on traffic of course) + Willa Koisowka is nearby by main road you can not miss it when you are going there + own protected parking place for guests + various breakfast (with many options where everyone can find his favorite one) + small mini market across the main road + Tatra hotel 3-5 minutes walking from Willa Koisowka, where is a cosy restaurant with perfect cuisine + bus station to Zakopane (bus nr. 11 is heading to Zakopane, one-way ticket 4 zloty/adult- it is possible to buy the ticket inside of the bus on the ticket machine, payment is by card or coins (in that case only zloty coins) + bus station to Morskie oko - one way ticket 15zloty/adult, mini bus with tag "Morskie oko" on wind screen, payment by driver after getting off the mini bus (when you get to a final station of your way)

Willa Koisowka is a great base from which to explore Tatra National Park. There is a bus stop directly opposite the villa, with regular services to Zakopane in one direction and Morskie Oko in the other (both around 20-25min). Other hiking trails are accessible by foot right from the front door. The accommodation was very comfortable, the location peaceful, the hosts welcoming and helpful, and the view of the mountains from my balcony beautiful!

Everything was really nice, the host, the staff, the room, and the location. The place is for a quiet stay on some distance from zakopane center and with good public transport access. Be ready for living in the wooden house - you can hear your neighbors. Only one note - there was no small hand towel and now shower gel

Our stay was amazing. Our host, Andrzej is speaking pretty good in English, he was so kind and helpful. We arrived early on our first day, so he offered us breakfast, which was super delicious and we could go to our room immediately. The lady, who served the breakfast, was so lovely. We got some extra surprise every day. The bus station was a few steps away and the hiking path was nearby the house. We will come back definitely!!

A very comfortable room with superb views and very friendly welcome from the owners. Bus stop just outside, so also very convenient for public transport around Zakopane and out to Morskie Oko.

This place is great. Very quiet and peaceful and the owner is very helpful. There are trails close by and the bus stop right across the road. Room was spacious and comfy.

The hosts were brilliant couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast set you up for the day. Can't wait to return
