The location and modern style of this place. The breakfast (included in the price) was delicious. Average coffee.

This place is more like a boutique, modest apartments than a hotel. There is no restaurant or bar in the City Boutique Hotel. The hotel parking lot is quite inconvenient and there is no direct access to the hotel. You cannot pack or unpack your luggage directly in front of the hotel. The hotel staff doesn't even ask if you need help with your luggage. In some places, including the elevator, I smelled cigarettes.

Very nice hotel, we had room with balcony on 4th floor. It is in a very good location: just in the art of the walking area. Breakfast is delicious and has lot of choices. Hotel has also well equipped coffee corner - opened around a clock.

It would be nice to have some furniture on the balcony (of course it's difficult because of the pigeons :)).

This must be one of the best hotels we've ever been to. The location couldn't be better, the main walking street of the old town is literally on the doorstep. They offer privat parking for everyone, which is easy to find and convenient to use, and reasonably priced as well. The room was spacious, the design was absolutely stunning, and the staff always had smile on their faces. They even offered us free city maps and tips for discovering Zielona Gora, and they were eager to answer any questions with perfect English! They even deserve bonus points for the free late check-out at noon (so you can have one more delicious ice cream in one of the numerous cafes around) and for the extra lunchbox they offer which you can have during your trip on way home, even if you had breakfast already. It doesn't get better than that!

No cons. Everything was perfect.

Exceptional hotel - renovated rooms in old building. Public coffee areas with coffeemaker and fruits. Front door opens to the pedestrian area while you can park your car behind the hotel. Exceptional breakfast. Our room had balcony what opened to the walking street - very nice. Will definitely stay there again - nicest hotel in Poland what we have seen so far.

Brilliant location in the old town, scooters and bikes available to hire in the square if you want to go a bit further. Close to rail station. Restaurants/cafes recommended by friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Sandwich to take away on last day!

Friday night party on the second floor was noisy! I was on the third floor.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch, the decor was stylish, and the room was wonderfully quiet. The biggest surprise was receiving a small care package at checkout, which included a sandwich, a drink, and some fruit—all included in the price. Highly recommended!

Location is as central as you can get, room was very clean and supplied with tea, coffee and water. The breakfast buffet was delicious! I booked last minute due to train delays and had no problem checking in just before midnight!

Was missing some toiletries in the bathroom.

Hotel is lovely, styling, location, staff, breakfast... all very nice.

The hotel outside was being repainted, which meant he windows could be opened but only on to the workers scaffolding with their dirty things and lack of privacy. The room was thus dark and stuffy.

The parking was ideal and close by. The checkin was easy and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was scrummy and plenty of selection. The hotel even provided us with a packed lunch for our onward journey. Would recommend highly staying at this hotel. We stayed there for a parkrun in Zielona Gora.
