The location was great. The place was very clean and tastefully, neutrally decorated.

The floors in the flat above were very creaky. You can hear every step. The area was quiet but this made it a little tricky to fall asleep.

Apartament was very spacious for a family of 5. It was Nicely furnished with all necessary equipment. We stayed one night to visit Zielona Gora. It was located just few minutes from all the attractions, restaurants etc. highly recommended.

The location. Close to old town and the wine festival. Efficiency was adequate for short stay.

Difficult to get in with directions provided. Lots of noise from restaurant below. Curved stairs. Difficult to maneuver carrying suitcase etc. Beds were very hard and one mattress could feel springs underneath. The other was better but still very hard. Unreasonable hidden feed (over 500 pl to replace key if lost). Definitely not a do over.

Location was great, easy to contact the owner by phone, well furnished.

At times the street noise can be loud. No response to email query sent to advised mail id.

The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. The location was fine as it was central. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a real problem with the black out blinds in the bedrooms; no matter how hard we tried (that included using a knife to jam it into place!) they would not stay down. Towels were used to cover the windows, but as they were white they weren't much use when the sun came up at 04:00. The owners were contacted but they didn't respond to our question about the blackout blinds, despite having seen the message on Booking. In the bedroom with 2 beds the radiator was turned on. I did wonder why, but then realised it only had two settings - hot and burn your fingers off! I would have opened the window to let in some cool air, but as it's on a main road it's not really an option. Fair to say that we all had a poor night's sleep :-( A fan in each of the bedrooms would be an idea. I realise it's basic accommodation, but this was one of the worst places I've stayed at. The overall score is a consensus of all guests - my personal score would be much lower.

The burglar alarm in the business directly below the apartment was on and off all night. I know that's not the fault of the apartment owners, but it did not make for an enjoyable evening in Zielona Góra.

The location is ok. The room is clean and it has a small kitchen.

The room was freezing cold. The first night heating system didnot work. Though I sent a message the owner said it is 22.00 and I couldnt come there. Second night he said he handled it but the room is again cold. Besides, the walls and the floor were leaking the noise. You can hear everything from the other rooms.
