Hidden Gem! This place is an absolute gem! The apartments feel more like private villas, modern, very clean, and fully stocked, including a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and a lovely barbecue area. The pool was warm and perfect for relaxing. The reception lady and staff were incredibly helpful, and the secure, gated parking gave us peace of mind. We met other guests who’ve been coming back for years, and now we see why! With a car, everything is within easy reach, Albufeira is just 10 minutes away. Highly recommended! We will be returning if ever in Algarve. PS. We checked in at 11PM and checked out at 6AM.

I have been to three different places in the Algarve this year, and this was the best price value that we have got (at least in June, when fares are not yet up to the sky). The playground and the swimming pool areas are great, the appartement is fully equipped, the location is unbeatable and really practical if your kids want to go to Zoomarine. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets at your door step but still peaceful and quiet. We also loved there were so many books to pick! :)

The only thing that we really didn't like was the check out time at 10:00. It is definitely too early and added to our stress level in the morning

Everything was as described. Fully equipped kitchen, even more than the one we have at our home. Well cleaned, superbly spacious, 2 dining tables, balcony table with chairs, sofa cum bed, one single bed in the living room and two beds in the bedroom (can be joined to make a king-size double bed). We had sea sea-facing (distant) apartment with a Children's park view from the balcony and the kitchen. Aldi at an 8-minute walk with a few restaurants on the doorstep. Strong wifi and a free laundry room (common for the guests) with automatic detergent facility. Value for money and highly recommended. 2 Swimming pool (but the bigger one to be used very cautiously if not a pro in Swimming since very deep and very slanted to be judged) I suggest that proper visible marking be done to alert the non-swimmers.

Everything was super as described except one pool which is not as per the standards and gets very deep sharply. Not recommended for non-swimmers.

Nice apartments in Guia (and a mile from Cliff Richard’s Portuguese villa!) Comfortable beds …. Excellent service (had bathroom shower issue that was fixed within two hours!) …. Peaceful …. Kids play area …. Safe (locked main gates at night with code to get in) …. Fab 24 hour wash room - easy to program wash/dry machines and included free washing powder! A great base to explore the Algarve (need hire car really - I suggest use Zest as they cheap and fab service with zero excess). Recommend having snacks/breakfast at the amazing Apolonia Supermarket (a 3-4. Minute drive away). Super food in their cafe and the grocery shopping much better than nearby Aldi. Highly recommended for families and couples 👍 Our only slight boggle was that they use blankets and not duvets ….. real shame. But bed’s comfortable.

Very clean and the excellent location. The pool has sun loungers for every guest. I never had difficulty finding sun loungers for my family. Cozy and not crowded. Safe for kids.

Some guests do not respect the rules of the pool. But that’s not the property’s fault. Maybe there should be a way to call guests attention when the rules are being violated. Sometimes people got wet with jumps to the pool of other guests. The check out is too much early.

We stayed at Monte Verde for five nights in August 2024, and overall, our experience was very positive. The lady at the reception was exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. She even helped us rent a car at a very good price, which made exploring the area much easier. While the location is not directly on the beach, having a car allows you to get around easily. There’s an Aldi supermarket just a few minutes away, and there are also several restaurants in the area. The property offers a laundry service where you just need to load your clothes into the machine, and detergent and fabric softener are automatically provided. The best part is that this service is free of charge. The pool is great for kids, and the area is peaceful in the evenings, allowing for a good night's rest. I would suggest enhancing the children's playground by adding a few more toys. It would be wonderful to see a small soccer goal or a basketball hoop installed. Sometimes, kids want to play in the evening, and having these options would be both useful and enjoyable. Other than that, we have no complaints. A big thank you to the lady at reception—she was very kind and made our stay even more enjoyable

Lovely complex. We arrived earlier than I advised, at 10am and room was ready within the hour. We stored our bags in storage room and used the pool. Rooms are good, kitchen, living area and we had a 2 bed appmt. They provided tea towels, dish cloth, washing up liquid, and dish washer tablets and spare bin bags. Kitchen has microwave, toaster and a coffee machine. There is an iron. Hairdryer in bathroom which is good, I brought my own hairdryer as i always find they are not too powerful but this one was fine, so if your tight on space, leave your dryer at home. They provided toilet roll too. Laundry facilities on site which has washing powder included. Hanging line out side the back door to dry a few bits after a day at pool or beach. Cleaning staff changed our towels every 3 days and made beds. Lovely balcony at the front, we were in a ground floor appmt, we could sit out and watch the sun setting in the evening. It is about a 10 minute taxi ride into Albufeira but the complex itself is lovely if you want to chill and relax by the pool. it is a nice quiet area. There is a small childrens playground on site. Aldi shop about 8 min walk. Would return to stay here again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Location is very good if you have a car, nearby beaches for swimming or walking, Albufeira is also few minutes away with various boat tours. There were no noises from bars, street or anything. Full kitchen equipment, new beds, ocean and sunset view from upper floor. We did not use the pool but it looked good also. Shared washing machine service (free). Plenty of private parking space. Apartments were cleaned every 3 days.

During last days we heard noises from downstairs neighbors like pushing chairs, kids playing, even some snoring at night. So the only issue is sound isolation, of course depends how noisy neighbors are.

An amazing place to stay. Very well equipped and very clean. The doors are coded, so you don't have any stress with keys. There is a private pool, free private parking, and a laundry room as well that you can use for free (it includes also the washing powder). I really recommend it.

- The only thing that could have been in the kitchen is olive oil, salt and sugar. Of course you can buy, but in 1 week you can not finish a whole package/bottle of these things. And I feel sorry for throwing away them. -The water boiler was quite dirty inside. This was the only thing. Everything else was clean and nice.

After reading some mixed reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect. Property is a little dated but in my opinion was very clean and still looked nice. It is in a slightly isolated area but it means you get a peaceful nights sleep, Places like Old town and marina were less than 10 mins drive, we used Uber everywhere they were fantastic arrived within 3 minutes! and were pretty cheap too works out cheaper if you are in a group! Pool Area was gorgeous and there wasn’t many people about so it was nice. I would definitely come back here again in the future!

Bathroom air con could be improved as occasionally there was a funny smell. our apartment had a nespresso machine. not everyone comes prepared with a coffee pod. A normal kettle would be better. I also think basics necessities like a small bottle of milk, teabags and sugar or coffee would be a good idea, especially if guests are checking in late, so you don’t have to worry about going to the shops as soon as you wake up.
