It is a very comfy and hospitable guesthouse that includes everything needed for a good beach resting in fact for the long term. It has plenty of common space, a fulfilled kitchen with a personal fridge and storage box assigned per room, free ample parking, what should be outlined is the bathroom with separate cabins, few shower faucets an sinks. Area is quiet despite the fact that it is along the road. The location is very good close to the supermarkets of up to 5 minutes walk, and 6-8 minutes of driving to two of the most beautiful beaches of the entire coast! Ladies on site are doing a good job with high attention to clients, making sure everyone is fine and serving all needs and requests. Highly recommended for any type of stay either short or long, noting how beautiful this region and Albufeira are! Thanks.

The property is as beautiful as on the photos. Cozy, charming, elegant and very clean, which is not so common in the Algarve. The room and the modern bathroom have a good size. The shower is a big walk-in, the water has perfect pressure, what is not always the case in the Algarve.

We did not use the very well equipped common kitchen because there is no dishwasher and everybody is washing by hand. Hygiene is a must for us. Also the owner told us that they do not change the towels daily. I insisted to get fresh towels every 2 days at least, which has been accepted.

The hotel is in a good position if you have a car. If you move by car is near to the city center and to a lot of services and good beaches, including supermarkets and restaurants (some of them aldo reachable by feet). The kitchen is well organized and the external spaces are really good and well managed, especially in a great grouo of friends. Staff is good and friendly.

The room was really small, you don't have neither a little table to eat something or to put something on. On the common spaces we missed something to put on the wet clothes to be dried. Some additional good, like the toilet paper, was really scarce, while all the stuff related to the kitchen was really good.

Great property - fantastic hosts always chatting to guests - especially liked the Grandmother (with her beagle dog) who looked after all the guests and made sure the communal kitchen was kept clean and tidy. The kitchen is a hidden benefit of this property - it is fully equipped & industrial size with individual lockable fridge units for each room. Everyone cooked their own dinner each night and there was plenty of cooking pots, food prep equipment, kettle, toaster, stove/hob, microwave, cutlery, and dishes. Patio area, and indoor dining area, is well kept and plentiful parking and supermarkets nearby. if you want a beach holiday with hotel standard rooms and the bonus of self catering facilities this is the accommodation for you!

Laundry facilities would be an added bonus

We were very well received and given a good overview of the hotel facilities regarding the rooms and kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a deal breaker, but when having questions regarding charging the car, the person available did not quite understand how it worked and couldn't give us a proper explanation, guidance. This could be improved.

The guest house is located right by a busy road, however we couldn't hear the traffic from our room. Everything is neat and clean, the staff is friendly, there is a massive kitchen for guests available. Parking was available right by the building and supermarkets are nearby in walking distance.

The beds were just ok comfortable. Only thin sheets were provided, no real duvets. It was also no real double bed, rather two single ones standing next to each other, which resulted in the beds sliding apart.

There is no table in the room. We would suggest to add at least a foldable one on the wall of the room to make it possible for people to work in the room when necessary. - The type of wooden plank that hangs on the wall and would be unfolded easily (space saving).

It's a very cute place, nice outdoor eating area. The kitchen was big and well-equipped. The room and bathroom were spacious and modern. More beautiful than the photos on the website.

The owners of the establishment are overwhelming. Their personality is very dominant and they are constantly present. It's disturbing. We stayed 3 nights and the cleaning was not provided. We payed 200eur per night so it was too expensive for the little service provided. It's not like a hotel as the owner emphasised, basically it feels like you're interrupting a family establishment.

What we loved about this place was the aesthetic and friendly family staff that accommodated our stay. The room was very well put together and comfortable. Everything felt clean and modern. Close to two grocery stores made cooking your own meals easy and affordable.

At multiple times throughout the night our A/C started to leak. This was brought to the attention of staff but not much could be done for it during our stay.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable, they provided us with a crib for the baby which was nice. We really enjoyed the courtyard in the evening, very relaxing

Not much to say, the only thing I remember was that in our 2 day stay no one came to empty the garbage cans in our room, would have been nice since we had soiled diapers in them, but it did not affect our enjoyment.
