Cleanness, quiet, close to the beach.

In the room kettle exists without instance coffee or teabags. I asked staffer for teabags they charged me one euro per black teabag! I paid two euro for two teabags! I never experienced any hotel around world! I booked half board but I paid to soft drink like water and juice in dinner time! No buffet for dinner. You have to order and waiting for finish your dinner within 2-3 hours! Kitchen provides food very slowly.

The location not far from New town and Old town, Marina de albufeira is 10 minutes walk, and there's 2 beaches near the hotel that is easy to reach by foot as well about 10 minutes walk to Sao Rafael Beach. We used uber taxi to go out, bus transport not good every 2 hours on time tables. taxi fares are cheap to me compared in UK. Faro airport to the hotel cost us 25-27 euro only and that is about 28 miles.

Breakfast was good ... loved the quietness around the pool

On arrival flight was delayed, we didn't get to hotel until 10pm ... when asked about food told the kitchen was closed offered no suggestion/,help ... asked about somewhere nearby was told restaurant down the road but think that's closed at 10.30 . Managed to run down and grab a takeaway on arrival back to hotel nothing in room to assist eating with , went down stairs looking for knife,/ fork ... anything .... told again kitchen is closed . Basically we had to eat pasta with our fingers on our first night because in a hotel .... in a hotel we couldn't get any cutlery !!!!!!

Great location with secure parking outside, friendly staff, had half board booking, evening meal and breakfast had a good menu selection, quality and presentation was better than expected. Requested high floor, quiet room, got exactly that.

Nothing perfect short stay

Lovely and clean, very friendly staff. Though there was no evening buffet option (apart from one day) the food choices were good and tasted excellent. Lovely pool, was very quiet for us in early July. Location very quiet, but walkable to Marina and a bit further also to Albufeira

Breakfast was good with freshly cooked items also available.

There were no grab rails in the walk in shower.

Staff very kind and prestative! The swimming pool were great although the pool indoor could be a little warmer. The beds very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom very large. Nice view from the porsh. The breakfast included was delicious with many options. Very near of Arrifes beach and São Rafael beach.

The freezer in the room was not working, but they fixed as soon as I informed about that.

Very Relaxing break in a really nice hotel. Staff were friendly. Our room was lovely with a fab view of the sea. 10 mins walk to the marina. Rooms and hotel were spotless. Its an ideal location for exploring. Breakfast was perfect and catered for everyone.

Nothing, when we went it was very warm but nothing to do with the hotel.
