lovely location in Vale do Lobo close to Julia Beach, the hotel is lovely with a great pool and gardens area. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

Our bedroom was around the main atrium and although the view is lovely, it was noisy, when groups of guests were checking in and out.

Upon arrival Jose [doorman] was quick to walk to our car, collect our bags & take us into reception - an impressive start. At reception the process was welcoming, prompt & professional. Our room was spacious, airy & with a decent side view of the sea. The en-suite was spacious, pristine clean, with a great power shower. The room was cleaned daily with an evening turnover if needed. Breakfast was buffer style & comprehensive in terms of options. The real star was Marta in the restaurant. Marta was "personal professionalism personified" - very welcoming, engaging, courteous & attentive - she should be commended. The pool & surrounding area was lovely - plenty of sun loungers with the option of shade or sun. A very enjoyable stay prompting us to return.

Outstanding staff ! Spacious rooms. Excellent air conditioning. Good room service. The on demand transport to the beach was extremely useful. The pool setting was pretty and the overall ambience was calm and restful although this was not high season.

The garden area for the kids shown in the pictures was closed. The only small shop at reasonable walking distance was closed. The restaurants nearby were touristic and none served genuine portuguese food. All the food was quite expensive and ordinary in quality although the restaurant in the hotel was not bad. The real disappointment was the hotel allowing people to leave their towels to reserve their sunloungers and even worse playing loud music. If the hotel wants to be taken seriously as a 5 star it needs to think about the well being of all the guests. There is a reason why people choose Vale do Lobo rather than Benidorm !!!

welcoming reception and the staff were very helpful to everyone. Breakfast offered a wide choice to suit everyone particularly liked the home made bread. The pool area is a great area for adults and children alike, the only criticism I would have is the number of steps from the pool side to the pool bar, foe someone with a disability this was quite a challenge. That said food offered at the pool bar was very good and great value for money. The bedroom was spacious, maintained very well and staff attentive prviding chocolates in the evening as a 'treat'

Step from the poolside to the Pool Bar can be a bit challenging for anyone with a disability Next time I will ask for a room with a walk in shower, if available. the bathroom is a great size etc but the shower over the bath can be a challenge for anyone with a disability i.e. restricitve walking

Ultra clean Wonderful warm friendly chatty relaxed patient staff Full of light and space in communal areas Pianist in bar every night No loud music by pool Simple systems for everything ( eg beach towels) Layout and size of hotel made it easy to get around Rooms were beautifully calm and peaceful and I think sound proofed with small balcony ( I had one overlooking the street and lots of palm trees) Luxurious bedding Twice daily maid service

Once I had drunk my complementary water in my room ( one litre plus three small bottles in fridge ) it was not replenished and there were no water dispensers in hotel. The hotel is a 15 -20 minute walk away from a shop. I tend to drink 2litres a day. Gym opens at 9am but would have preferred to get in at 8am, then eat breakfast. Pool the same.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable with Molton Brown toiletry provided, the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was really nice with great sunbeds and plenty of them. The staff were on hand for any requests. Breakfast was delicious with a large amount of choice. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

There was nothing at all that I disliked. The overall stay was perfect You could not fault anything about this hotel. So no complaints from me or my husband.

Overall had a lovely 4 night stay here. Travelled out of school holiday season and as such the hotel was quiet and made for a really peaceful stay. Pool area is lovely, plenty of sun loungers and a lovely vibe to it. Great location for walking down to great beach bars and restaurants and easy in Ubers to Vilamoura or Vale De Lobo. Room service was prompt and not crazy price also. Brilliant stay

Generally nitpicking as it was a great stay, only things were: - Only got bottles of water in our room on arrival, would have expected more over the course of the stay (€6 each at pool bar) - It was advertised so not a surprise but having to pay to use beach loungers and tennis courts was a bit of a stretch for a 5 star - Service was good but again not top tier for a 5-star

That’s the third time I’ve stayed at Ria Park but this time I had my 11 month old son. All the staff made a fuss of him and were very accommodating. It was the perfect place for our first family holiday.

Hotel is getting a little dated but despite that everything is kept in good clean order.

We had a wonderful stay at Ria Park Hotel & Spa. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the pool area and landscape are stunning. The proximity to the beach is also a significant advantage. The location is lovely and offers a peaceful retreat, which was exactly what we were looking for.The staff were very polite and accommodating.

The food, while decent, was not exceptional and seemed overpriced. Additionally, there was no complimentary water provided, regardless of the length of stay, and the cost per bottle was quite high. The rooms also had an empty minibar and very small televisions.

beautiful hotel. spotless. food was amazing. pool area was beautiful. 7 mins from an amazing beach and boardwalk and some lovely restaurants.

lack of more casual food in the hotel after 5pm. only fine dining available. expensive but fab. Very quiet in the evenings. a man playing the piano one evening but otherwise mothing to entertain the guests. one of the reasons i booked it was because they gave the option of a kingbed so i requested a king bed on booking but was given two single beds pushed together with single duvets etc. This was disapointing
