The staff go out of their way to help. The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate for what we needed. The breakfast is a massive hit with my kids 7 & 10 they love making themselves pancakes, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and hot drinks. Overall it’s a simple hotel so don’t expect luxury but we’ve stayed 3 or 4 times now and are always sad to leave! I should say we stay as it’s close to a resort we are members of so always go out of season and don’t use the pool etc so can’t really comment on that aspect of the hotel.

The WOT exceeded my expectations, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was an added bonus, I was not expecting daily room cleaning and the staff were eager to clean the studio each day, or just provide fresh towels if that was all I requested. As I visited in winter I didn't use the pool, however it looks lovely and inviting (I noticed the pool being serviced through my window - the staff keep on top of it. The free on-site parking was also a lovely detail.

Honestly, it was incredible value for the money, and I can't think of anything I could suggest.

We were really pleased about this facility from the beginning to the end of our stay. We were greeted warmly in excellent English, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options - breads, croissants, jams, meat, cheese, vegetables, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and grains, a fancy coffee machine (though we only needed the hot water for tea), and even "make-your-own crêpes. There was always enough parking, even if there were a lot of cars at the adjacent restaurant (which was also good!) We were mostly in Algarve for the beaches, but one afternoon we relaxed at the pool instead, swimming and reading. It's a lovely area - clean, refreshing water, plenty of recliner chairs and umbrellas for sunning or shade. Our room had a nice balcony (with a drying rack for laundry), room-darkening shades, everything you could want for cooking/eating in the room kitchen, table and 2 chairs (we had a studio), and lamps on both nightstands at each side of the bed. The AC did a nice job of cooling. The bathroom was really nice and sparkling clean. Elevator worked great too. Hangers in the closet, and a room safe. We enjoyed staying there!

Everything was great - nothing to not like! You do really need a car in this location, and we did, so it was fine. It's a 5-minute drive to Almancil, with Lidl, Aldi, and a self-laundry all handy in town.

The staff were great when we arrived and throughout the stay. The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was really spacious and on the ground floor. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook, apart from a kettle. There was a coffee machine though. Sonya (receptionist) was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was also good, for the time of year it was never busy and the children had the pool to themselves most of the time. Which was great. Location, the apartments are around 10 min taxi ride from the beach. With Bolt, we paid around 8 Euros each way (we had a 6 seater taxi) Easy to get to local towns and also 5 mins from the water park. Breakfast was plentiful and the children loved the pancake machine. Over all this is a great apartment to explore the area. They have just been taken over and could see this from them taking delivery of new branded items for the hotel.

I asked on arrival about using the buses in the area and the staff said it was complicated to use the bus. However, on the last day I noticed a bus stop just a minutes walk from the apartment block. So I am sure if you look into the bus routes you would be able to utilise them.

On-site swimming pool and nice place to relax. Good location, but you must have your own transport. Air conditioning in the rooms, kitchen equipped to prepare meals. Parking, but limited. I had no problem parking, but I always took the last available space.

Breakfasts are basic. You can eat your fill, but you should treat them as a fulfillment of a need, not a pleasure from a meal. The balcony has pleasant shade and a nice view of the pool, but it is planted with a plant with a very intense smell, which effectively discouraged me and my family from staying there. Wifi worked in some places and offered a poor quality and unstable connection.

The apartment was large with two balconies and very comfortable with everything you could need in terms of towels, kitchen utensils etc. Breakfast was good each day. Three restaurants within walking distance. The standout was the staff who were really lovely, accommodating & extremely helpful. Overall great value for money.

The location suited us as near family members for a wedding but it does need a car or taxi to get to the beach & other locations.

The most helpful and friendliest staff- always willing to try and fulfil your requests. A simple breakfast, but which was very convenient. Very spacious rooms which were well-equipped. Lovely pool to use. The location makes it relatively easy to get taxis to nearby towns and the beach.

Could have done with some more kitchen utensils as we had a long stay and wanted to cook some of our own meals, and could have benefitted from things such as a chopping board. There was washing up liquid, but the sponges provided definitely needed replacing and we didn’t feel comfortable using them. But this was minor and definitely didn’t impact our overall stay!

Breakfast was ok if your there a few days. Sonia was amazing. The owner is lucky to have such a accomadating member working of the front desk. Really Lovely lady. I will say the owner needs to think about upgrading the rooms in the future. Great stay.

Far exceeded expectations. Stayed in 2 bed apartment, kitchen had everything you could need including a dishwasher. Full size fridge freezer, oven & hob Great view over swimming pool with huge balcony Breakfast is continental but lots of choice. Nice restaurant next door We had a car so everywhere was easily accessible

Very friendly staff, clean facilities and a breakfast that exceeded expectations. Small details like the shower being warm and with good water pressure made the stay comfortable.

Nothing really. It's not the most aesthetic hotel you'll ever stay in but for the price paid it far exceeded expectations.
