Amazingly clean, especially the pool and public areas. Good snack bar food, breakfast was basic, but plenty to eat. No sausages or bacon, only scrambled egg, meats, cakes, pasties, juices, yoghurts. Plenty to eat to start the day off. Very good staff, clean rooms. Shower! Amazing!!!!

The toilet doors😂, if you’re a long established couple, then you don’t mind hearing each other on the loo, however they have frosted glass doors with gaps at the top and bottom, you can hear nearly every thing. Possibly some coffee & tea making facilities in the room would be nice. If you’re from the uk, the rooms are very similar to Travelodge/premier inn. We would go back for definite. It’s about a 7-8 min walk to the seafront. Ubers are cheap here too. Could possibly do with a bit more fruit for breakfast. Also add a few games machines to keep kids happy.

Breakfast was included in our booking.com reservation quote. It was worth 7-8 euros, all you can eat with okay selection of meats, cheeses, bread, juices, fruit, scrambled eggs, toast with jam or butter, 2 -3 types of yogurt. Same each of the 4 mornings we stayed there. Room was cleaned fine each day. Bar staff was exceptional to make my spouse a lemon tea drink when her throat hurt at no extra charge so I tipped. Parking free on site and quite roomy. Great local restaurant grill for seafood, beef, chicken or pork called Marufo 1 & 2. Half the price of other places and is a no frills place. Close to a nice family beach.

Could have used a small refrigerator in the room.

The room was spacious clean and well equipped Could have it refreshed everyday if you wanted The hotel was very clean and friendly staff everywhere..never failed to see anyone Lots spoke english and they were happy we tried Portuguese Continental breakfast was of a high standard and choice..very filling Tables were always cleared quickly and the waiting staff resolved any issues promptly Pool and facilities were great. Chose it for a quiet location but only 10 min walk to promenade. Not touristy at all and a great mix of international guests. Bus stops very close and a supermarket if you needed anything Our first time in the Algarve...wanted a lovely hotel in quiet area but nearby to everything...PERFECT hotel also has a contact for travel from Faro airport..20 mins..our driver Joaquim was prompt..even on 4am pick up..very friendly and had some great choices of restaurants to try in Quateria

Nothing...brilliant

I love staying at this hotel and have stayed a number of times. Staff are very friendly, the whole hotel is very clean and tidy. Has a nice lunch menu for daytime food. Pool area is clean and quiet and has shaded areas if you want to be out of the sun. Breakfast is simple and consists of various bread, cold meats and cheeses, yoghurt, fruit, scrambled eggs. There is a toasting machine, cereal dispenser (3 varieties), coffee machine, tea bags, juice machine and bottled orange juice.

These weren’t an issue for me but may be for some: * They seem to use cold white lights (especially noticeable in the bathroom in the bedroom). These can feel a bit harsh on the eyes first/last thing! * The door into the bathroom within the bedroom is frosted glass and has no catch or lock. * The double room has two beds pushed together rather than a double mattress. * The aircon unit in the bedroom was blowing directly at one of the beds. Great thing is that the aircon in the bedroom is very effective, downside is that if you let in its path you get the full force of whatever temperature you set it to. None of these were a problem for me, just trying to write some helpful points for others to consider :)

Location, it’s a slight walk uphill away from the hustle and bustle of the sea front. Pool area is clean, relaxing and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Considering breakfast is included in the price, it’s a poor option. Cereals, breads, pastries, cold meats and cheese, boiled eggs - the only hot option is scrambled eggs. Despite being the only ones in the bar, and ringing the bell (which wasn’t quiet), we waited for over 25 mins before leaving without a drink from the bar.

Walls in rooms are thin, so can hear the slightest noise in adjoining rooms

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and plenty of it. Room was mainly comfortable but the single chair was uncomfortable. The shower chair provided was very useful and comfortable too! All facilites were very clean. The pool area was good but our favourite place when the weather was cooler was the sun room overlooking the pool

Personally, as I cannot walk far and use a mobility scooter, the distance to the centre, restaurants and beaches meant even half a mile each way was a little difficult over the cobbles and very tiring.

The hotel is big enough, has a large parking lot and is quite easy to find with navigation. LIDL supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, and a small supermarket is a 7-minute walk away. 15-20 minutes walk to the town center and the ocean, where there are many restaurants. The hotel has a clean and large enough swimming pool, near which there are sunbeds and you can sunbathe in peace, there is a bar and a cafe. The breakfast is rich and tasty, the staff is very friendly and always helps if needed. Cleans rooms daily.

I liked everything.

The hotel itself is located a 10 - 20 minute walk from the beach which, for us, wasn't an issue at all. The hotel decor looks rather dated but everything else was really great here. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were lovely. The breakfast is quite simple, but again, we didn't mind this. They have a lovely pool area, too.

Noise throughout the hotel traveled a bit so we were kept up one night by kids running up and down the hallways downstairs (not the hotel's fault). The water pressure in the shower was quite weak which wasn't too much of an issue except when rinsing long hair after washing it!

Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, nice breakfast

Our only complaint… there is NO BAR after 3pm which is absolutely ridiculous in a 3 star hotel! We arrived at 9.30pm having flown from UK and were unable to have a drink, unbelievable! So glad we were only there for one night and not our holiday! I think people booking should be made aware of this, as apparently the situation is unlikely to change anytime soon.
