5 minutes walk to beach, shops, bars. Breakfast was excellent. Eat as much as you required. Omelette, mini sausages, coffee, bacon, fruit, etc. Top notch. Suite on the 8th floor with sea view. Lots of space. King bed, very comfortable. Nice clean bathroom. Big pool 🙂 Fridge in room. Lovely staff helped us. Got a great deal in Jan 24.

Slight smell in lobby, it seemed to come and go. Not really an issue. Just on arrival, we were concerned when checking in.

Even if the room was a bit small it was very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was great! Lots of choices and very presentable food! They put attention to every detail! We love it! The staff in the restaurant were very professional and nice !!

It was a bit stressful when we arrived because the guy who was in the reception said straight away that we have no reserved room 😔 even before look in the computer. After I insisted that I've got the confirmation and I've paid he looked at the computer and said: ok, you're very lucky because we still have rooms available 🤔. . Well we just forgot this part of the stay because we love the hotel in general!

The hotel is in the best position, as it's 2 mins walk to the beach, and across the road from the bus station. Fares are cheap for a day out to loule (market is on Saturday there) also uber is very good. Quarteria market is on Wednesday, about 15 mins walk up the road. The hotel staff are amazing, always ready to help, and the rooms are lovely, modern, and clean. We were upgraded to one of the penthouse rooms, which had a jacuzzi, I highly recommend getting this if you can, as it absolutely made my birthday celebrations. The hotel is clean, clean towels were offered daily, the pool is private, and the breakfast buffet was beautiful. It had a wide selection of everything. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooftop with huge balcony and spa bath. A wee relaxing treat on our around Portugal stay.the views were stunning, great value and a special thank you to the housekeeper and team due to the room being cleaned then outdoors beeping messed up my seagulls. Happy to reclean without us asking . Friendly but professional.

We had an early check out. Receptionist had booked 2 breakfast boxes but these weren’t allowed to b delivered to room. Went to collect but night porter knew nothing of this so we had to leave at 5 am hungry although breakfast included. Disappointing. Also sad to see the rundown properties when looking from the balcony, though this is no fault of the hotel.

This hotel is good value for money. It is in a great location, just a couple of mins walk from the beach and main promenade. Breakfast was excellent, had a variety of hot and cold food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was a good size(bigger than it looks in the picture), this was a relaxing pool area, (no bar), and not very busy. Quarteria is a really nice place to stay, it's very authentic, has plenty of local eateries, but doesn't have the crowds of nearby Vilamoura.

Firstly the hotel is in an excellent location right across the road from the bus station! The hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was extremely clean throughout. The swimming pool was great, hardly used and the water even warm enough for a swim in spring! I assume that in summer there are more sunbeds available rather than the 5 that were out? Amazing view over the sea from the high floor.

The breakfast provided a good amount of food and a nice mixture of dishes . But the plates for the main food at breakfast were ridiculously small - try to get egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon and beans on a 5 inch plate and a lot of the food falls off on the table! Surely some larger plates could be provided? It was disappointing that no tissues or skin cream were provided in the bathroom - this is unacceptable in a 3/4 star hotel. When the weather is so hot the skin gets extremely dry but there was no moisturising cream to put on. But these were actually only minor issues and overall the hotel was brilliant.

The Size of the apartment was massive , it would of slept about 6 ppl TBH, also you have a open garden/balcony/terrace and BBQ area. The Piano set back in the middle of the pool was amazing, I could just see Gary Barlow playing it . The swings under the canopy in the pool I thought was outstanding idea but you have to some sort of acrobat to manage how to use it . All in all this was a last min thing for my upset wife Which ended up putting a massive smile on her face which is what I wanted. 1 more thing must add is toilets at the bar area 😲👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Absolutely spotless

We stay here frequently and the staff are what makes the hotel. Location is great, it's well staffed and surface clean , spacious and comfortable

It's starting to look a bit dated and tired. Doors were missing from our wardrobes, no big drama except no mirror for dressing. The toilet in room 404 consistently over fills through the night - noisily - until you fiddle with the broken button. The hotel would benefit from a revamp.

Less than 5 minutes to the beach. Opposite the taxi and bus station (try to use at minimum bus) Very good breakfast and coffee. Good reception staff and housekeepers. I was surprised to find a housekeeper to speak other languages ( English and Spanish). Good size room with small fridge and sea view. I haven't used the spa and can not give a review.

The breakfast staff is very young and not very communicating. One of the elevators keeps stopping sometimes lower floors but nowbody there.

The room was comfortable for 2 people, great A/C especially at this time of the year. What I loved the most was the incredible, tasty and varied breakfast buffet. It's something that hotels in the Western hemisphere should emulate. Staff was quite friendly and supportive during our stay.

Parking is quite challenging at this time of the year, as the hotel does not provide with it. You have to find parking on the street, which is free of charge, but again, hard to find during high season.
