The property was perfect the staff fantastic there was just one issue with check in but the service recovery by the staff was fantastic

We arrived at 9am check in wasn’t until 2 which was fine we had been on a early morning flight so we went out for a walk and returned at 3pm to find the room still wasn’t ready and that check in was “just from 2pm” I did complain probably as I was tired more than anything but the staff did apologise and offer us a completely drink and the room was available before we’d even finished the drink so I can not fault the service of the staff at all maybe it should be clearer as to how check in works. I’m sure if we arrived at 2 and checkin was a hour late it wouldn’t of been a issue so it I’ll take responsibility to an extent as we’d arrived really early

Fantastic hotel in a greta location close to the marina. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful.

The property when you walk in has a sense of calm about it. The reception area is very clean, bright and has lots of seating for you to relax and take a moment. The staff where most helpful from checking me in, taking photos of me in my outfit before I left and helping find me alternative milk for breakfast. The room was spacious, ideal for my stay as it had a table I could sit in side and do some admin from. I loved the idea of the card for your room not being plastic and when used in the lift it selects your floor for you. If found no one could identify where the card is from. It’s not single use plastic and from a security perspective great that only guests can access the floors from the lift

I would have liked a better gym. There was a few cardio machines but no free weights or alternative single weighted machines to use. This is my personal opinion as I like to work out whilst on holiday

The room we had was great, good view and kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, great selection and able to eat outside mainly. The location of the Hotel was perfect for our purposes, able to walk to various places and the variety of restaurants available was superb. The staff at the Hotel couldn't have been more helpful and were always pleasant and able to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this Hotel highly.

Hard to fault the Hotel

We were happy only when our room was upgraded. We enjoyed the view and the walk to marina was a great. We were happy with the location of the hotel. Also, the manager and employees were very accommodating! Kept us very happy all through out our stay.

It was our first time staying at this hotel. We were shocked to see how small and dark was the room assigned to us at first. The sea view was blocked by trees. It was nothing like what the pictures showed. Overall, the hotel smells. Also, the pictures showed the guests could see water while seating in the dinning room. Not such a thing. The sea is much farther than showed in the picture.

Great location, very comfortable, hotel room was decent and had really good storage and many plug sockets. Cleaners done a brilliant job every day. The bar/reception staff were so nice and a huge thank you to Henry the Ant Slayer (or the pool manager as you probably call him). He worked his socks off every day and was a lovely guy. Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel in the area. We didn’t eat in the hotel but it looked good and pizza is a specialty.

Lack of parasols round the pool. As a blue Scottish person I need shade and there was not enough parasols to go round and ended up quite badly burnt one day despite spf50. Also asked for a late check out or a room to shower in. Was reassured it could be accommodated but didn’t on the day. Appreciate hotel is so busy but one communal room is a must for this. However we did get the use of the spa shower which wasn’t ideal for the spa manager.

Staff were exceptional, from young to old, great to see the mix of ages and nationalities, great to see 2 young Irish students working there for the summer. Food was excellent, had dinner in the restaurant 2 nights and breakfast was top quality Location was excellent

There was a leak into our bathroom from the room above or air conditioning unit? The plastic glass on the balcony railing was dirty Not sure the air conditioning was working 100% Overall the hotel, though very pleasant, is dated looking and could do with some modernizing.

The staff was professional and very attentive. Provided great table service, they anticipated the needs and always reserved a space for all meals. Great breakfast selection, with quality foods. Small options for lunch and dinner, however all dishes were delicious. Available and free parking next to the hotel. Spacious rooms, with opportunity to improve sofa/bed (was not comfortable to sit)

Parking within the hotel area is not properly organized, motos parked at the entrance of the hotel which were blocking the entrance, not friendly for people with baby strollers or wheelchairs.

Our Christmas was made perfect from the moment we arrived, your staff were so helpful, the food was amazing and again wonderful helpful staff. The breakfast is one of the best we had in hotels and on the 26 th having the beautiful singer playing during breakfast made for a wonderful morning , thank you

Really nothing at all , it was an amazing stay thank you all from the receptionist, restaurant staff, bar staff you were all fantastic , we hope to book again very soon for my husband birthday in February.

Breakfast was good ( food could been hotter ), pool bar for drinks and lunch was very good , the stall were so friendly and always had a smile The location was excellent for both the marina and beach Will definitely recommend and revisit

More and better location of electrical sockets ( near a mirror)
