great location right in the city centre - it was clean - nice spacious kitchen and two fridges - recycle bins for glass, paper, plastic and organic waste. But not a one for all the stuff that does not belong to neither of those. - nice coworking area with solid wifi connection

the roof is not like in the picture. No shadowmaker, no beach seats, just few sets of a little uncomfortable garden tables and chairs. The green carpet is peeling off the floor. No light in the evening, so you have to sit there in the dark. It is not very inviting, maybe it will be fixed in main season - zero social atmosphere - you have to pay for towels - it would be nice to have a drying cloth in kitchen, as using paper cloths is extremly wasteful (and you are constantly reminded to behave ecologicaly) - the mattress was not the greatest

Nice and comfortable chill place. Right in front of the bus station with an amazing terrace, 5 minutes walking from the train station. The hostel feels very comfortable, there was a ceiling ventilator in my dorm, there is a common room with tables and chairs to work, a common room with sofas to chill, a common kitchen and a rooftop terrace in the sun. The person at the reception was really kind.

Very spacious hostel. The kitchen and lounge area were huge compared to other hostels we stayed at. The hostel is located near all the shops in Faro however we still needed to take a ferry to enjoy the beach. We stayed in the bunk rooms and appreciated the curtains around each bunk and massive locked drawers for our belongings. Each bathroom was a full bathroom so it was much more comfortable to shower rather than the cubicles at many other hostels.

The hostel does not have AC…only fans and now ceiling fans which were installed midway through our stay. I’m not sure if the price we paid was worth the value.

A great position right next to the bus station and train station. Close to Barnes and restaurants and supermarkets the beds were very comfortable and large. The kitchen was well equipped the staff were very friendly and helpful. Top marks to them. The cleaning stuff worked very hard. A fine place to stay in the center which is a wonderful interesting city

No plugs in the sink. The water is scolding hot no signs. Some maintenance issues. The hostel needs a facelift.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the kitchen is huge, so that many people can cook and hang around at the same time. The lockers under the beds are big enough for a 65 liter rucksack. You can just sit around in the lounge area or on the terrace, and chat with the other guests. Drinking alcohol is forbidden, which seemed strange to me at first, but it does not mean, that you are not allowed to grab a few drinks outside and go back a bit tipsy. :) I think it is just a precaution, so that guests don't throw parties in the hostel not letting the others sleep.

There are just 3 toilets (and 3 showers), so that was a bit uncomfortable. There is no ac in the room, so the windows are always open and the streets are so noisy in the night, I'm not sure that anyone could sleep here without earplugs.

It is very close to everything, especially the harbour, and we could explore easily. The dorm room was very spacious. I loved the outside area at the kitchen. The host was also very kind to direct me to a pharmacy for medical assistance for my jellyfish stings, and with all our needs. We visited Culatra island and loved it.

The host mentioned she would like to upgrade. I would suggest to start with the outside area at the kitchen. It is really a nice place to get together with other guests, but needs a little bit of TLC. An air-conditioner in the rooms will also be nice.

I managed to check in 5 hours before my check in time which was fantastico! The shared bathrooms were spotless every time i visited them. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were always clean and also zero noise after 10pm until 8am which was tremendous. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10 for value, service and staff! Regards Chris from Edinburgh

Location. Bus from airport to bus station. Hostel was five minute walk.

I received so many email from booking .com and the hostel at least 12. I would rather have an email saying here the address and enter code and your expected time of arrival.

Very convenient location - a couple bins from bus station and less than 10 mins from boat departure point. Has a nice rooftop area to have breakfast and hang up clothes.

Only security is the entry door. All doom rooms are open so it doesn't feel the most secure but it's fine.

Bathrooms appeared very clean. Soap and paper towels provided at the sink. Staff was wonderful.

Bedroom was hot. Little to no airflow at night if door and windows were closed. (Windows were closed due to noise from the outside.). Floor had a lot of flex. (If someone walked past my bunk at night the whole bed shook.)
