The location and cleanliness were excellent. We loved the room. Very happy with the staff on duty Friday Sat and Sun.

I asked for a taxi hto be ordered for 7.15 on Monday 11th. I checked twice to make sure it was ordered. There was no taxi for me at 7.15. The girl at reception on Monday 11th at 7 am was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Neat and Clean Hotel in an excellent location. The room was neat and big. The bathroom was massive. The marina is just opposite the street. All local shopping and restaurants are all around. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is also run by the same family, and they insisted that i dont pay for the coffee i had in the restaurant. I had an issue with the wifi and the owner got it fixed in a short time. Highly recommended for the location, and friendly attitude of the owners.

The shower area should have a door (The bathroom had a door anyway). Water can come out of the area and it may not look good. There could have been more power points to charge mobile / laptop. I had to take out the lamp plug to charge my laptop. Also, the table in the room is too high for the chair. I also wished there was a water kettle to heat water in the room.

The location and the room were excellent. The staff is also very nice plus the hotel's restaurant is very good.

A double bed was advertised while it was 2 single beds with one big sheet to cover them and make it look like a double bed which is definitely not the same when sleeping in it as a couple. The balcony had dried pigeon poo on the part we can lean on it which weren't cleaned for what seem to be some time and which is unhealthy on top of being repulsive. Lastly the hotel staff are happy to keep the luggages after check out which is nice however they are left behind the main desk which is at times unattended and it is easy for anyone to pop in from the street and steal them or for someone already in the hotel to remove them/look inside if no padlock which isn't reassuring.

Staff is so good but Tiago was friendly and polite hotel was very clean

Nothing else

The room was very clean but it does need some touch up like fixing the hole where the door knob hit. It was more like a spartan room it had a desk and next to it a closet with two spaces and a safe. The hotel was a half block from the Marina so the noise level was loud due to bands playing. Yes it is a party place but the noise was over by 1:30am. Great location so you can walk to the boat tours. Everything was in walking distance to great cafes and shops. The hotel is connected to the restaurant so you can walk through the building which was convenient. The food was very tasty and the seafood was awesome. We had breakfast and it exceeded our expectations.

We had drawers by our beds but only the top opened. There was not enough room to away our clothes. My wife had to use her suitcase. I would have been nice to have more drawers. Our rooms did get clean but it was always after 2:00pm.

Breakfast only started at 8am, which is kinda late for someone with a toddler & it was all done freshly, which delayed it a bit but it was nice & the lady serving it was wonderful!! She was so kind & made a lovely latte!!! The room was massive but the corridor smelled like dampness… also one of the nights someone tried our door by accident, but quickly moved on… another night some guys came back at around 4am & were quite loud but that had nothing to do with the hotel!!!! In general, it’s clean with super comfy beds & lovely staff & an absolute ideal location. Would defo return!!!

Loved the location of hotel, so close to shops, marina, etc. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

When I made the booking I explained it was a special occasion /30th wedding anniversary and requested a nice room with a nice view . We were allocated room 303 which was on ,3rd floor and looked directly into another room, no view. On entering the room the first thing we noticed was how dull and dark the room was with very little lighting. The bathroom also had a hole in the wall which was filled in very poorly and no toilet toll holder , toilet roll had to sit next to sink. Overall , the room was spacious, comfy beds but could be doing with just a little more lighting and bathroom jobs completed more professionally.

Centrally located and the staff very friendly and happy to help.

No tea or coffee facilities within room which I would expect as being advertised as boutique hotel.

Location is perfect, close to everything you need. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very basic but ok for the first day before you find something else. The room was big, and the balcony in the roof was a great place in the mornings to have a coffee/tea and watch how the city is waking up. Storks on the roof across were very entertaining 😄

As a place to just sleep, the hotel is a good place, but it was the first time in my life I needed to clean something before using it. Bathroom tap and small glasses in the bathroom were dirty. Both shower heads were also not cleaned for some time ( and I'm not talking limescale). Also, there was a towel placed on the back of the toilet seat, which we found strange. The shower drain was clogged, and night lamps didn't work.

Breakfast was delicious it consisted of orange juice, coffee, water, ham and cheese, fresh fruit, an assortment of bread, scrambled eggs and bacon and cake. Served at the table at a cost of €10. Great value. We also dined on dinner on two occasions which was also delicious. The location was excellent, a short walk to the marina , the old town and central to the pedestrianised shopping area with little cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here on a city break.

I have no complaints, the hotel, staff, location and food were all excellent.
