The Hotel is in a brilliant location, 10 mins on foot to the marina, 5 mins to the nearest gorcery store, not more than 10 mins to any type of restaurant (check out cantinha de ronha) and not more than 10-12 mins on foot to the train station. The room was very nice and clean, with a hair dryer and a bidet too. The rooms were cleaned everyday, unless you ask them not to bother you. The staff was very helpful and informative.

The coffee and tea wasn't restocked everyday, you would have to go and get it from the shared kitchen on the 2nd floor (which is not really a huge issue).

Stylish decor. Close to everything, Very helpful and friendly lady at front desk. Bathroom spacious and worked well. Quiet. Nice and dark at night. Heater and aircon worked well. Kettle in room handy for coffee. Shared kitchen upstairs had fridge and food prep possibilities. Nice outdoor seating.

The one blanket and sheet on the bed was not nice or warm enough. Duvet would be warmer and more cosy. The tiled floor was very cold with no carpets. The desk is impossible for doing computer or writing work because the chair doesn't fit between the desk and the bed.

The staff were so friendly, even extending an extra night at short notice. Everything was spotless, the beds super comfy and the kitchen had free tea, coffee and biscuits. There's even a large fridge/freezer if you need to store food. The location could not have been any better, right in the centre but away from all the noise. There's an outdoor terrace and other indoor seating areas, all of which are very comfortable. If we ever need to be in Faro again there is nowhere else we would stay.

Nothing, we loved it.

I was a bit hesitant when first arriving to the complex. Small sign with the name but once inside I was totally surprised. Advanced tech compared to other places I stayed thru the country. Very comfy room and bed. Full kitchen upstairs so you can cook your own meals. Tea, coffee, biscuits (cookies) always available. I would definitely stay again when in the area. One of my favorite places I stayed.

parking is a challenge, no parking at the hotel. Street parking only so you have to pay. But if you park after 6 pm, put 1 euro in and it gives you a ticket until 10am the next day.

I loved everything about this propery: 1. Very clean, the cleaning ladies do an amazing job. 2. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. They even offer us umbrelas and towels for beatch. Amazing 3. Very good location and inside every thing is so nice decorated 4. In the kitchen you have everything that you need and terrace spacious and a good place to relax and drink a coffee or a glas of wine

Excellent location on edge of old town. Excellent shared kitchen very well equipped with an outdoor patio area. Nearby is a small supermarket which made it simple to self cater. A comfortable good sized room. All the staff are very good. A second private entrance is convenient.

A little street noise into the night. Mainly people walking by talking can be an issue for a light sleeper. The rooms are not at ground level though.

We enjoyed our stay at the Happy House Comfort Plus. It is a delightful boutique hotel, offering attractive accommodations to the Faro visitor. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. It is very conveniently located, within easy walking distance to most of the most interesting attractions in downtown Faro. Highly recommended.

Great flexibility from the staff working in Happy House, they allowed us to drop our bags before check in time and even get a shower after check out time. They gave us an umbrella for the beach for the whole duration of the trip and even beach towels are available to rent if needed! The room was like in the pictures and the terrace upstairs was nice to have!

Immaculate hotel, appeared to be newly renovated. Well decorated, clean rooms with comfortable beds, good amenities and modern bathroom. Easy access to tea, coffee and biscuits in the upstairs kitchen. Good location in Faro old town, (slightly run down area with local buildings under construction).

Communication was poor and we had to wait to gain access to the hotel as the person dealing with bookings didn't communicate with the checking in person. Not the best first impression 😕

The room was very clean and modern.

We were over looking the road and the shutter doors were not sound proof and it was very noisy from outside during the night. Unfortunately our sleep was very disturbed. The help yourself breakfast was very basic. There were biscuits, no milk for my coffee. No milk in the bedroom with the coffee.
