We recently stayed at this accommodation in Portugal and had a fantastic experience, even during an unexpected power outage. The place itself was clean and well-located for our travels, but what truly stood out was the owner's exceptional support. As the power was out across Portugal, they checked in on all guests, provided candles, and kept everyone informed with updates. Their calm and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation feel manageable, and their efforts to ensure our comfort didn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend staying here as they displayed a genuine care & hospitality.

Nice room with a balcony and TV. Good shower. The room was very clean and well maintained. The location is very good, only a few minutes walking to the city center, bus terminal and ferries. The staff were friendly. They also have a kitchen in the ground floor which can be very helpful.

No elevator, so we had to use the stairs to the 3rd floor where we stayed. There’s no mini fridge in the room, but they have a kitchen downstairs. The street can be noisy, a garbage truck collects trash early in the morning, but that’s not the hotels fault. No AC in the room but that wasn’t a big problem since we had a balcony well ventilated and a fan.

The location is great: just a 5 minute walk from the city center. Also, there are a lot of convenience stores that stay open until late in the evening all around. The staff was really welcoming and nice. Our room was very comfortable, we also had a cute little balcony. We stayed only one night and we liked it very much.

The bathroom's pipes are probably a bit old and therefore it tends to smell a bit, but no big deal.

Good location-walking distance to old town and located in the quiet part of the city so you can get a good night sleep. Free bottled water in the room as well. Most rooms in the same price range has shared bathroom but this one has a private bathroom which is fantastic! Room was basic but has what you need for a short stay—comfy bed and pillowS and clean bathroom

Can be quite cold at night without heating but duvets will do

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is superb, just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Faro. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. The facilities in the bathroom are new and working well. There's a little kitchen next to the reception where you can make some tea or coffee for free and take your cups to the room. There's always someone at the reception, it's helpful when you have late check in or leave early in the morning.

Lovely family, very helpful and very friendly, great location, quiet at night, excellent value for money and 24 hour reception. Would stay again, as a woman lone traveller most of the time, I felt very safe and they really looked after me. Even shared some biryani with me one afternoon, nothing to dislike. Valerie UK

The beds are the comfiest we have had in a good few years Everywhere was very clean Free water, tea and coffee Large shampoo and shower gel in shower Hairdryer at reception Kept our gags after check out Close to centre. We would stay again

The drains get a bit smelly overnight so make sure you close the bathroom door

My room was large and benefited from a balcony with views towards the sea, the bed was comfortable and the room and ensuite bathroom was clean and functional, it was good value for money and the Wifi was good, it wasn't to far from the centre of town either. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room although free hot drinks were available in the lobby, the small heater provided wasn't really sufficient to heat the room.

The staff was super kind, we asked for an early check-in and they accomodated us really well, even though we were almost half a day early due to our flight. The rooms were spotless, and they even have a kitchen where you can make complimentary tea. Also the bathrooms have extendable bidets, or Muslim showers as they're called in other countries so that's a win in any case haha. Beds were also really comfortable.

It was perfect. Really good communication with the host and the staff, there was nothing to not like.

Located 10min near city center / bus station / train station. 2 Air ventilators on the bedroom and one of them is a really good one, shower is bigger than I thought. Free bottle water and two glasses was a nice gesture. You can store your belongings in locked closets with is nice for having your stuff secure. Enough towels for my stay. Very nice and fluffy pillows.

Some other customers were noisy. Water was not working in the neighborhood one morning , I wished I was informed beforehand. Bed sheets were not that confortable
