The staff were so lovely, the manager was kind and really helpful. Clean! Bottled water offered (as many as you needed) small walk to town (less than 10 mins). Bumped into others staying and then were a laugh. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe there. The doors had their own lock and key. My room had a lovely little balcony, too.

I was on the top floor so a little mini fridge in the room would have been lush, or a communal fridge on the top floor to keep water cold. But not the end of the world at all. They offered large bottles of water for your stay as many as you need! So like I said. Not the end of the world.

We recently stayed at this accommodation in Portugal and had a fantastic experience, even during an unexpected power outage. The place itself was clean and well-located for our travels, but what truly stood out was the owner's exceptional support. As the power was out across Portugal, they checked in on all guests, provided candles, and kept everyone informed with updates. Their calm and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation feel manageable, and their efforts to ensure our comfort didn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend staying here as they displayed a genuine care & hospitality.

Nice room with a balcony and TV. Good shower. The room was very clean and well maintained. The location is very good, only a few minutes walking to the city center, bus terminal and ferries. The staff were friendly. They also have a kitchen in the ground floor which can be very helpful.

No elevator, so we had to use the stairs to the 3rd floor where we stayed. There’s no mini fridge in the room, but they have a kitchen downstairs. The street can be noisy, a garbage truck collects trash early in the morning, but that’s not the hotels fault. No AC in the room but that wasn’t a big problem since we had a balcony well ventilated and a fan.

Friendly staff, greeting with a smile despite it being midnight who was very helpful in carrying our luggage up the floors. Was able to make hot selection of drinks on arrival in the commonly kitchen and room. Comfortable and clean beds and wash room. As a central location, it was still quiet. Perfect for a 1 night stop over for a family. Food places nearby so perfect for late check ins. Would recommend and revisit.

The location is great: just a 5 minute walk from the city center. Also, there are a lot of convenience stores that stay open until late in the evening all around. The staff was really welcoming and nice. Our room was very comfortable, we also had a cute little balcony. We stayed only one night and we liked it very much.

The bathroom's pipes are probably a bit old and therefore it tends to smell a bit, but no big deal.

Good location-walking distance to old town and located in the quiet part of the city so you can get a good night sleep. Free bottled water in the room as well. Most rooms in the same price range has shared bathroom but this one has a private bathroom which is fantastic! Room was basic but has what you need for a short stay—comfy bed and pillowS and clean bathroom

Can be quite cold at night without heating but duvets will do

Pleasant staff, the accommodation is located in central Faro,. We were offered water daily during our stay which helped a lot as it was extremely hot in Faro. the manager was kind enough to give us a free ride to central town, thank you Sani 🤩👏

No air conditioning but we had a fan in the room

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is superb, just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Faro. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. The facilities in the bathroom are new and working well. There's a little kitchen next to the reception where you can make some tea or coffee for free and take your cups to the room. There's always someone at the reception, it's helpful when you have late check in or leave early in the morning.

Lovely family, very helpful and very friendly, great location, quiet at night, excellent value for money and 24 hour reception. Would stay again, as a woman lone traveller most of the time, I felt very safe and they really looked after me. Even shared some biryani with me one afternoon, nothing to dislike. Valerie UK

The drains get a bit smelly overnight so make sure you close the bathroom door
