Incredible hotel. Incredible service. Incredible staff. And incredible food. Visited for my wife's 40th and the team at the hotel could not do enough for us, from the welcome to the departure. Breakfast each morning, especially if you are an eggs lover, is the perfect start to the day and the rooftop bar is a beautiful place to spend an afternoon and early evening in the sun.

Couldn't take a plastic glass of bubbly into the spa but that's really clutching at straws to find something negative to say about our four days there. It's not cheap, but you see what you're paying for.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and everything about it was exceptional. The ambience was amazing, with great style and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect safe and within walking distance of everything, which made exploring so convenient. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. I left my laptop in the room after checkout and only realized it at the airport. I was absolutely desperate, but the reception team went above and beyond. They arranged for a taxi to deliver my laptop to the airport, ensuring I wouldn’t miss my flight. Their care and understanding exceeded all my expectations! I’m forever grateful for their help and can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much!

Hotel 3HB has a very good location. The staff was nice and the rooms were well cleaned. Daily refilled water, as well as selected carbonated drinks were convenient. The quality of the breakfasts was also good.

What we did not like was the too small and uncomfortable breakfast buffet, as well as too few waiters who tried, but often confused a la carte orders. The lack of heated water in the outdoor pool must also be considered a minus. This was noted in the hotel description, but we think that in the case of a 5-star hotel for this price it should be different.

Really great hotel. Stylish but comfortable. All the amenities you need. Good spa and gym, very nice rooftop bar and pool (although the pool was too cold to swim in in March). Room was great, really comfortable. Only thing it needed was a way to link your phone to the tv so you can watch Netflix etc (or get tv’s that have the relevant apps, always surprised when nice hotels don’t have this, it seems basic). Didn’t eat in the downstairs restaurant, but we had breakfast in the hotel one day and it was excellent. Loads of choice. It’s just quite expensive considering you could go elsewhere and get a similar breakfast for half the price. Dinner, lunch, drinks prices were also all very expensive compared to elsewhere. The lobby was nice, but it would be good if there was a more relaxed, quiet area to read a book - the only area it had for that was the roof, but it could be cold depending on the time of year. Overall though it’s a fantastic hotel and I’d come back.

This is a beautifully designed hotel with exquisite interior design. The rooms are simple, yet beautifully designed, including the bathroom. A great colour palate creating a sense of space and light. The beds are also extremely comfortable. All the staff without exception were wonderful, from reception to housekeeping, including the breakfast staff (Paolo and all the other breakfast staff). Everyone was exceptionally attentive and very helpful. Thank you for the upgrade too, which was unexpected yet most appreciated. Lovely rooftop with a restaurant, a lot of outdoor seating and an infinity pool. Great for sunsets too. A very small but adequate gym on the 1st floor including a very small shallow pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Excellent location too!

Breakfast - although this is a five-star hotel, breakfast was a three-star, at very best. There’s simply too much to list but things like yoghurt that was far too runny, no low fat yoghurt available, oatmeal that was like a soup, oranges that aren’t sweet, Portugese Custard Tarts that were overly sweet, so on and so forth. There was also a very small offering for vegetarians that really wasn’t that appealing.

They changed the towels every day despite water shortages and me insisting I could keep towels

I stayed here solo with my nearly two year old and it was perfect. The hotel room was plenty big enough for us with a nice sized balcony. Breakfast was really good, and everyone was really accommodating for my son and very sweet with him. The pool was perfect for kids, with a huge shallow end - I wasn’t expecting it to be quite so easy with my toddler. Another great thing is it being right in the pedestrianised area so we could just walk out of the hotel and not have to worry about cars. It was honestly a perfect place to stay with a toddler, highly recommend.

We arrived in Faro at 9am and went to the hotel to drop off our bags. The hotel had our room ready, so we had access to our room straight away, which was brilliant. The hotel had upgraded us to a Superior Plus room as we were on our honeymoon and gave us 2 free drinks and 2 free desserts in their Forno Nero restaurant. The room was amazing. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and modern. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and we enjoyed using the indoor pool and spa. The location is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops (but you can't hear them from the room!) And everything we needed was within walking distance.

Great location and easy to get to - the sign is on the street and then you go into a courtyard to the entrance. It’s very walkable to the marina and old town, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was amazing, loved the indoors pool. The rooftop pool and bar looked great too, but it was a bit too chilly when I was there to be out on the roof for too long. Breakfast was great - a large selection of foods. Would absolutely recommend you going here and I’d love to come back.
