I had very positive interactions with two different shifts of staff during my stay. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfect, right in the middle of old town. It is surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops and very close to the marina. The room was very clean and I do not overly spacious. We did a manage. It had a lovely little balcony overlooking the street. The shower was great, with good water pressure the AC worked and so did the Wi-Fi. It had a working elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

I have no negative feedback or concerns about this property. I thought it was just lovely!

Location - close by the old town and the shopping, restaurant area/quirky/friendly staff/comfy bed. The ‘standard double’ room was a little more ‘snug’ than we’d anticipated but we managed. The bathroom was as expected but if you go to the loo in the night and switch the light on you’ll illuminate the whole room. Cute roof garden too. We chose to include breakfast. It’s simple fare but fresh & tasty. The breakfast area is quite small and you have to choose what time you’ll take breakfast (half hour slots). Not an issue for us for a short stay but may be for others. We both agreed we’d be happy to stay here should we visit Faro again.

A couple of things could improve the room - a mirror other than that in the bathroom. 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe are insufficient.

Very good hotel in the very centre (very close to the old town and water line). 2- 5 min on foot to the old tow, cathedral ferry to the islands. Car you can park in front of the hotel, on the street. (they have 3 reserved places). If there is no place- in public P , which is huge and for free, near the city walls (2=3 min). Good breakfast (simple). Friendly staff. My recommendations.

Well, if you live here a week, the same breakfast could be a bit tired of.

Everything was as we'd expected. I'd forgotten we'd have a balcony with street view, which was nice. We only stayed one night, at the end of November before driving elsewhere. The room was comfortable with a good shower in the ensuite. Unexpectedly we had a room safe and a fridge, both of which would have been really useful if we'd stayed longer. On-street parking isn't great, but I chose this hotel because there's a huge free car park on the eastern edge of Faro, not far from the hotel, so we parked there and walked. Lots of choice of restaurants within easy reach - there's a cafe right opposite. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The coffee was the best we had in any hotel, made from proper coffee beans.

There wasn't anything really. If I had to be really picky, I'd say that the orange juice with breakfast was a bit thin/watery, but actually, after a boozy meal out the night before it was really refreshing!

The location (5min walk from Old town, marina, shops and restaurants), the breakfast, the room had most thing you'd need, nice coffee machine, safe, tv, hairdryer, air con etc. One side of the room's sockets weren't working but the receptionist brought an extension cord, and we were able to use the coffee machine and lamp. The breakfast is in a small area but the limited choice is very tasty and good quality, the lovely girl working there in the mornings couldn't be more helpful so thank you!

Did not like how late the housekeeping was done (no clean towels replaced until very late in the day), the floors weren't clean, the shower floor wasn't cleaned properly; the sockets next to beds are under the bedside tables so very hard to reach, had to dive right under, would be an issue for those with back problems. There is no full length mirror, no mirror at all in the room, only the bathroom mirror Most of the staff were pleasant and nice, but unfortunately, the girl working the bar in the evening was very unhelpful and rude when asked if she made any cocktails. The atmosphere was stiff, there was complete silence, no music. The rooftop bar was not open at all even though it's advertised. The breakfast area is tiny so you have to pre-book what time you will come for breakfast

Very clean. Room was cleaned every day. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Nice roof terrace with bar, which was not open off season. But we could carry a drink up from the ground floor bar. Location excellent. Very well priced, including an adequate breakfast.

Room quite small with very little wardrobe space. Also nowhere to put toiletries etc. A long mirror would have been useful. Breakfast was adequate, but could have been improved with maybe sliced tomato and/or some soft fruit. I would loose the pancake machine with its associated jam dispenser. It's a gimmick.

Excellent location and great staff. The room was good except for the air conditioning which seemed to quit on our last day/night. Overall very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay again.

As stated in the previous response, the air conditioning could have been better but it did not truly impact our impression of the Hotel and our stay.

Great location within walking distance of most of the town centre. Very good air conditioning and shower.

No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Bedding wasn't changed often at all, merely re-made the bed each morning. Wall and floors could do with being repainted/deep cleaned.

I loved the location. All the staff members were lovely and helpful. I also loved the rooftop balcony a nice addition to the hotel. My and my mom really appreciated the daily room cleaning on very high standard.

The breakfast was tasty but repetitive and after a week it became a bit boring. I think the hotel would benefit from having a bit more vegetables and other cold breakfast options (e.g. tomatoes, cucumbers, salad, avocado). Gluten free bread and lactose free milk would also be a nice addition.

Very nice boutique hotel in a very good location in Faro. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the roof top with 360-degree views of the city. Very good restaurants and gyms within walking distance. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our vacation one more day and returned to the hotel.
