Apartment was located on the first floor of a building. We had to register at the 24-hour reception about 70-100m away. This was a bonus because the building where the reception was is a hostel where residents from the apartment could come over for coffee, tea and generally relax with other travellers. The apartment was clean, spacious and bright and well decorated. All necessary kitchen appliances, utensils were available should residents decide to dined in. The bedrooms had very comfortable good-sized beds. The apartment was very well located near the old town. It is within easy walking distance to all of the places of interest in Faro. Paid on street parking outside the apartment and also a very free car park a short walking distance away.

The location was central, easy to access, and most importantly, just as it appeared in the pictures. The staff was helpful and attentive.

The facility is in a central location, but the suite we stayed in was on the second floor, and the narrow staircase can be a bit challenging with luggage. The apartment is spacious enough for 6-7 people, but the kitchen utensils were very insufficient, even for four. There is only one bathroom, and it is extremely small. It would be great if these aspects could be improved. However, if I come again, I will definitely stay here.

The location! Wow, it literally is so central! We did everything on foot! Would highly recommend this apartment. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially coming in around 10pm. at night to a strange city! The apartment is equipped with everything you need! Even had a small balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee/tea!

I would say the bathroom is tiny! I mean, when you're sitting on the toilet, your knees practically touch the door, but nothing major!

The girls were at reception were lovely! They were very helpful and kind about making sure we had everything we needed and suggesting restaurants and places that we could go. The room was spacious and cozy with good lighting. The bed was very comfortable.

It is too bad that the apartments weren't better stocked. They had enough dishes and cookware, but salt and sugar would have been a nice touch.

Lovely big studio apartment in a great location. All the facilities you need for a great stay, long or short. Bed was a little firm but very comfy. Having the hostel round the corner was very helpful for extra information and shared facilities/outdoor spaces if needed!

The dehumidifier in the bathroom was on all night, but with the door shut was fine. As we were on the street on the ground floor, we would like an extra lock on the door just to feel a little safer, but the main door did seem safe enough.

The Faro apartment was a comfortable stay for 3 adults. The kitchen was generally well equipped, the lounge area relaxed and the main bedroom spacious enough to spread out the suitcases. The location was within walking distance of everything we needed to see and do. The manager at reception was very helpful and the process was smooth . The bathroom was a little cramped but everything functioned well. Juicer and coffee filter were welcome. A suitable stopover for a few days in Faro.

Tea and coffee supplies need to be checked as both were in short supply. We had our own.

Quiet location very central and the apartment was lovely

Only critique was wrong address from downloaded pass from Booking.com which made finding the reception a challenge as a code is needed to access the apartments.. Maybe a clearer indication of where to find the reception could be added to Booking.com and from the hosts.. As we weren't the only ones yesterday finding it difficult to find the place.. Google reviews were a blessing..

Good room/location

The directions were incorrect even though the apartment was only a 2 minute walk from the hostel check in. I had to go back to the desk and even then still had a problem. The key fob said room 4A and there are only 3 apartments in the building, the only one with an A on the door was not our apartment!

Pleasant friendly young girl on reception at a local hostel gave us the keys and directed us to the apartment only about 80-100m away. This was the first night in Portugal and using Booking.com. It was a pleasant surprise to find the apartment so large, clean, tidy, etc.

Nothing, I cannot think of anything that was a disappointment.

Location was good, facilities and space in the accommodation was excellent.

Although it was very easy to walk 2 mins down the road to get the door combination, it was initially confusing to have 2 addresses to go to. Actual door to the apartment wasn't well identified.
