I can’t say enough about how smooth and hassle-free our check-in experience was for me and my family of nine. From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, Catia and Annabelle went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even with the high demands of some members of our group, they handled everything with patience, professionalism, and top-tier customer service that I simply can’t fault. A standout moment was my brother-in-law’s 40th birthday, where they truly went the extra mile by surprising him with a beautiful cake and champagne. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made our celebration even more special. They also left lovely flowers for International Women’s Day, which was a wonderful touch that made us feel so appreciated. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests did not go unnoticed. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself was fantastic clean, spacious rooms that made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Faro, not only for the warm hospitality but also for the quality of the accommodation. Thank you again for such a memorable stay, I’ll definitely be back!

It was very close to the centre and a nearby supermarket, very good value for money, rooftop terrace was welcoming for a relaxed evening, staff were very friendly, room was spacious with good facilities, en suite shower was good. Very arty and unique. Great WiFi.

No included hot drinks, all had to be paid for. Rooftop terrace lighting seemed quite dim/dark, maybe we didn't see the light switch but it did get very dark up there quickly. Some rattling around from upstairs neighbours late at night, but that wasn't the hotels fault. TV signal was very poor, not that we watched any TV but couldn't get signal on it if we wanted to.

Kind staff, great facilities, lovely location close to a beautiful park with peacocks and within easy walking distance of the centre. Cot was provided for free, and there is an elevator for pram access. Good value for money.

There was a lot of crashing about in the night, 2/4 nights we stayed. Presumably it was other guests so not the hotel's fault, but it was a bit frightening. The room was also very small, but reasonable given the price. Also there are steps at the entrance which aren't ideal for pram or wheelchair users. Difficult to avoid though!

Very clean beautiful modern building. Rooms were spacious with a lovely big bed and lovely bathroom with large shower. Mine had a balcony which was amazing. The communal kitchen had everything you need and the roof terrace was beautiful. It was very quiet i had no issues with noise. It was very central and walking distance to everything. The staff were incredible and so helpful. I forgot my charger in the airport and the blonde woman behind the desk did everything she can to help me find a way to get my phone charged. All staff were always so helpful and made me feel so comfortable as a female solo traveller.

The room was clean and bright, I liked how we had large Juliet windows, the bathroom was clean but would be better if it had a towel holder. The location was great, it was quiet and close to the marina which had good food spots for all through the day brunch, dinner etc and had stores nearby like Mango. The Uber prices were reasonable to get to and from spots, we solely used Uber during our entire stay although there was public transport just outside the hotel (bus)

The room was quite small. There were not adequate areas to store and hang my clothes, I had to use the bed frame The bedding could be upgraded and I think then the room would feel more 'luxurious' had it been better bedding as it was just a quilt, no covers, and the pillows were really flat. The bedding was not changed even though we requested it. The shower was impractical, it led to water all over the floor. it was quite far from the tourist spots (Well beach club, any water sport activity) - but this was also a plus as it was less populated.

Alameda Exclusive House is a quiet, but very welcoming place, ideally located close to the old town. Everything you need (restaurants, shops, bus and train station) is in walking distance. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. We spent one week there and everything was great!

Everything was absolutely fine for us, starting with the room, the place, the staff and the amenities, so we liked it very much there and will definetly choose the same place if you visit Faro again.

It was very clean, very close to the centre. You could go up on the roof or chill in the community room with a kitchen as well where you could cook. Everything was super clean and everyone was respecting all the rules. The staff was amazing and very helpful with all of our questions as it was our first time in Portugal. Our room was small but you don’t need a big room if you’re travelling all day and go back to sleep. Bathroom was very clean too and we had a balcony as well.

The walls are very thin so our neighbours with a baby who decided to scream and run around the hallways at 5am wasn’t very pleasant, but over all there wasn’t anything worth mentioning.

We had a great time at Alameda House and can only recommend it! The location is perfect and quite central. Our room was perfectly clean and very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. There was a minor issue with the shower that was fixed immediately. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooftop bar and the common kitchen area are both very cozy. Great location, and facilities were great, didn't realise it had a kitchen for use (my fault for not reading description in full) and worked out a treat for that night we didn't feel like going out after a long day of sightseeing (great supermarket 4 min walk away to get supplies). Roof terrace a great bonus and def recommend staying here. Staff really friendly and so accommodating - thanks for letting us hang on the roof terrace while waiting to go to the airport after check out time.

The price can’t be beat and great stay on top of that. Clean and comfortable. Not quite in the hub of the city but very close son was actually a nice quiet stay after being in other towns in the heart of the hustle and bustle. We stayed in family room with queen bed and two bunk beds. Basic but very comfortable! Only gave the staff 4 stars because felt like the guys that checked us in was a little distracted on the phone and didn’t offer to explain the area at all but he did give us the rundown of the complex. The mat at check out was very nice.
