Was decent and had good location.

The hotel is great, very modern, light and comfortable, placed right in the center of Faro, in the walking distance from the bus and railway station. What I especially liked is the personnel and the manager who are very friendly, kind and helpful. They arranged a perfect room for me following all of the requirements I mentioned, as well as helped me to solve a peculiar situation regarding my booking. I really appreciate their help a lot, sending warm greetings to them all ❤️😊

Very basic accommodations but all I needed was a bed for the night. The staff was helpful, arranged an airport cb and let me stow my suitcase until check in. The location was great, near the restaurants and attractions of Old Town Faro. The price was great for my end of vacation budget!

Check in at 4 seemed late but I was happy to leave my bag at reception and walk around town for a while. I didn't use the shower as it looked a bit leaky and maybe not too clean....

Location: A 15-min taxi ride from the airport and a 5-min walk to the marina with shops, bars and restaurants all around. Room: Spacious and comfortable with a clean and adequate bathroom. Breakfast: We had the buffet breakfast on our last day. You get a nice selection of juices, coffee, tea, pastries, cereals and fruit. Staff: Every member I spoke to was extremely helpful and informative. We arrived at around 11pm and it was nice to be greeted by a friendly staff member who ensured we had a quick check-in. They were happy to answer any other questions, they are a real credit to the hotel.

The staff were always friendly and helpful on several occasions relaxed atmosphere in social area. Location was right in the heart of Old Town and conveniently placed for onward transport by train or bus.

Some area's were showing signs of tiredness which could be improved to make the hotel even better experience.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. It was a Great hotel to spend a few days and explore the city. Great location. Room was quite big and comfortable. Great view from our room.

Breakfast had limited options. Still plenty to eat but not a lot of variety if spending a few days. More pillows would have been nice.

I arrived exhausted after a very early flight with no sleep. Check in time is 16.00hrs but the receptionist on duty arranged for me to have my room at 13.00 hrs. I will always be grateful to her. Hotel is in central location. Staff were wonderful. The receptionist on duty next day took my luggage to a waiting taxi!! I did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Rooms could do with an update. While clean, the carpet was badly worn and unit slightly damaged.. Obviously well used. Hotel is popular.

Sometimes the staff are more important than the hotel, and this was so with this place, Rita was outstanding on reception, friendly and smiling, all the staff were pleasant and the location was superb right in the heart of the old town

Nothing really, the rooms were clean but not spacious, the breakfast was OK but overall I didn't find anything that was wrong

Clean, modern, quiet. Check-in was pleasant and reasonably fast.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 people, which was what Booking.com said we needed. We were notified we had to use existing beds from the hotel, but we were not not informed that there was only one bed in each room. Elevator was too small and there was only one, which the cleaning staff were using. We went outside to pack our bags in the car and couldn't get back in. No one came when we rang the doorbell so we banged on the glass until an annoyed staff member finally showed up. Why can't the room keys open the front door?

Really convenient location in downtown, close to the shops and restaurants. Great please to explore from. Good buffet breakfast on offer from 6am-12pm.

Poor drainage of the shower meant it flooded the bathroom and we had to change rooms. However this was dealt with in an efficient and stress free manner.
