Comfortable, clean, quite spacious, city view room; even though it overlooked a busy road, with the bus station next door, you couldn't hear any noise when the balcony door was closed. Fantastic view over harbour and Ria Formosa from breakfast restaurant. Ruben on reception was brilliant when we checked in. Hotel in probobly the best location in Faro, excellent for exploring this small city.

Thought the roof top pool and bar area was a little run down, would benefit from an upgrade.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, freshness, and the live piano music was great. Room was excellent with a view of the boats and sea. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the restaurant downstairs; amazing staff, love the barbecue ribs menu. Location was great, accessibility to bus, taxi, and train. Easy access to places of interest and other locations like Olhao. Appreciate the flower given to us on our wedding anniversary during breakfast, and surprisingly find a gift wine in the room at night. I'll definitely be back when I am in Faro.

We were disappointed to find that the spa and wellness facilities, as well as the rooftop, were unavailable due to ongoing work. Also, we were surprised to learn that the dinner buffet is only offered on Friday and Saturday nights. Unfortunately, we missed it as we had to leave on Friday.

Hotel has the best location in Faro! Staff all speak amazing English and are super friendly and helpful.i have found this in general of the Portuguese people. Hotel breakfast buffet fantastic complete with soothing live music, pool large and has great bar. All rooms seem to have a balcony we overlooked the Marina which was amazing.

Minor things but easy to improve on. No lights on the balcony so can’t read outside in the evening. Shower screen is not wide enough so even if you shower carefully water still gets all over the floor. Nowhere to hang your towels to dry after use.

The hotel location was excellent for exploring the Algarve and Faro. The air conditioned rooms were very comfortable and each one has a balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of delicious food. The rooftop restaurant and swimming pool were both very good. I didn’t use many of the other facilities such as gym or hairdresser.

My only issue is that my room was only cleaned at 5 pm each day. The weather was very warm so exploring was hot and tiring. I wanted to relax in my cool air conditioned room before getting ready for dinner but could not do that. Cleaning rooms earlier would be great. Surprisingly, on my last day when I was trying to pack, they wanted to clean my room shortly after 9 am! Checkout was at 12 noon!

Piano playing at breakfast was a lovely personal touch for the mornings. Great views for plane spotting at the top of the hotel. Breakfast had a nice variety of options with fruits and pastries being my favourite. Location is brilliant by the marina for boat rides. Hotel is near cafes, shops, bus station and train station. Local area is perfect for a peaceful stroll. Local Park called Alameda is small but had a small water fountain and peacocks. Forum Algarve is a shopping mall that is about a 25 min walk or a 5 min taxi ride away.

Shower was okay but not as powerful as a normal one.

The check-in was quick, and the staff seemed friendly. The location is brilliant, it seems to be central to everything. The live music in the breakfast room is a nice touch, as is the wide variety of food. The bedroom is good value, it's not extravagant but the bed is very comfortable and the room had most things we needed - as I said, good value.

The air conditioning in our room seemed really hard to control, which led to me waking a couple of times to try to adjust the temperature (however, this would not put me off staying at the hotel).

My room had an excellent view of the harbour and I found the walk-in shower easy to use. The hotel is well located next to the old part of Faro and to other central areas of the city, with plenty of pleasant bars and restaurants nearby.. The train station is close by as is the bus station, which provides a convenient and cheap bus connection to the airport. The roof-top bar and restaurant are very welcoming spaces to be in, with excellent views over the harbour. There is plenty of choice available at breakfast, though see comment below.

As stated above, there is plenty of choice at breakfast. But I felt that some details needed more attention: for example empty coffee jugs not being replenished quickly enough and some parts of the cooked breakfast - eg the hash browns had been allowed to go cold. As stated above, l liked the roof-top bar and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, though I think a wider selection of port and Portuguese wines, particularly those from the local area, could be provided. These are, after all, very much part of your heritage!if I

*Great location! Bus 16 connects the airport directly to the hotel, and Uber is also a cheap option. Quick access to the beach via ferry, which is very close to the hotel. The intercity bus station is right next to the hotel – FlixBus makes it easy to take a day trip to Lagos. *Daily room cleaning. Varied breakfast, and the rooftop terrace with pool is a big plus. *The staff is exceptional – on my girlfriend's birthday, we found a bottle of champagne and a slice of cake with a candle in the room. At check-out, we even received a souvenir – a bottle of wine, which we unfortunately couldn’t take with us due to having only hand luggage.

*The room had two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed, which is a must for couples. *Towels were quite old and should be replaced. *The walls could use a bit of cleaning or refreshing. *The bathroom had a glass door, which might be uncomfortable for some guests. *There was a constant buzzing noise coming from the electrical panel, which could be disturbing during the night.

This modern, clean, well cared for hotel is ideally located close to the marina and nearby the historic and commercial centre of Faro, the Algarve capital city. Faro international airport is a short distance away, easily reachable by taxi, which takes less than 10 minute drive from the hotel. Taxis are very reasonably priced, clean, punctual, and driven by knowledgeable, courteous drivers. Hotel Eva Senses is a really nice hotel which overlooks the marina, has a mixture of good sized rooms and suites. Our room was on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift or stairs, overlooking the town. Although it was a standard room, it was a good size with a large double bed, good sized ensuite with walk-in shower, ample hanging and storage space, air-conditioning which was unobtrusive when working, smart TV, small fridge/mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, and a small safe to keep your passport and personal belongings secure when you were out. It also had its own private balcony, furnished with table and 2 chairs, ideal for chilling after a day walking around the town. Our bedroom was very well maintained throughout our stay by pleasant housekeeping staff. There are 2 restaurants, the one on the 5th floor has great views over the marina and out across the bay and coastal wetlands. The breakfast buffet is served here, and you can sit inside the restaurant itself, outside on its balcony, or in the glass roofed attached lounge. We could not fault the plentiful selection of fruits, cold meats and cheeses, freshly cooked fare, artisan breads, and a selection of small patisseries. Breakfast was accompanied by a talented pianist playing a varied selection on the restaurant’s grand piano. After breakfast we would walk through to the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool and relax poolside planning our days activities. There is also a Spa, health club, gym and onsite barber, but we passed on these!! We can certainly recommend the AP Eva Senses hotel if you are staying in Faro.

Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful location the breakfast was very good so much choice, and the grand piano in the background was a real touch of something special. Would most definitely stop again with the harbour view was worth the extra. And the complimentary bottle of wine lovely touch. Staff gave 💯 % , we had a evening meal again nice choices access to boat trips buses taxis surrounding areas for lovely beaches ⛱️ want to go back again

Not a lot to complain about at all tiny little things like the lift that needed fixing. Toilets facilities public areas upgrade be good. Improvement with the shower and attention to things like plug hole covers.
