The location is great, around a 5 minutes taxi from Vilamoura Marina. Plenty of parking and charger points. The rooms are a good size and located in nice gardens with nice pools and 2 minute walk to the golf club.

The garden room we had had large Air Conditioning machines located on the room that ran all night and did keep us a wake a few times. I would stay again, but would definitely ask a room as far from the A/C equipment as possible. All the staff are lovely, but there seems to be shortage, long waits for drinks at the bars both Pool and Main Bar.

Staff aren't particularly friendly. The footpaths are VERY DANGEROUS. Raised, uneven paving everywhere. There are very small signs that say "uneven path due to tree roots" but these are very small and stuck on information boards. When it's dark and you're walking back to your room it's treacherous. My husband fell over and we were scrambling around in the dark looking for our car keys. We were there last year and nothing has changed. Staff on reception aren't particularly helpful or friendly. Didn't ask how we enjoyed our stay or if everything was ok on checkout. The cleaners and men that drive the shuttle buggies are lovely.

Staff were friendly and helpful as much as possible with very nice rooms. Breakfast was great with delicious options of breads, fruit, pancakes, made to your liking omelettes as well as variety of other breakfast staples. Pool was lovely Overall there was a beautiful peaceful vibe.

Booking.com cannot guarantee the bed type in rooms. The personal trainer in the gym made my partner and I feel unwelcome as if we had come in to her home even though she was using the communal gym space with her clients and not the closed off private part of the gym which stated for personal trainer use only.

We enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and the dinner buffet, which exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool and garden surrounds created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff members were exceptional. Access to the golf club and facilities is a short walk. The hotel is situated in close proximity to Quarteira and Vilamoura.

The garden villa rooms and furnishings are dated and in need of upgrading. The breakfast service is very popular and chaotic at times. Table water is an additional extra during dinner. The hotel would benefit from a separate al la carte restaurant. There was no evidence of a hotel guest activity programme (e.g., social, games, tours, cooking, entertainment). A vibrant hotel atmosphere is lacking.

Rooms are of a good size. An indoor heated pool with sauna and steam room. A small jacuzzi and a large adult pool with children’s just above it. Relaxing atmosphere with relaxing evening entertainment. Staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Plenty of Ubers and a transfer service between golf courses. Remember this is a golf resort so if you some hustle and bustle forget it as it’s fairly remote which was great for me. Pool bar did some great snacks. Some very good touch’s with a surprise cocktail for breakfast on my last day also with a bottle of champagne. A lovely setting for breakfast with a small lake /pond with ducks and swans passing by.

Some parts of the resort is in need of some repair work. Uneven footpath due to tree roots. I did think the rooms were rather dated. Breakfast was ok if you like continental. but it’s typical European sausage and bacon.

The size of the room was good and the bed very comfortable. The location is nice, quiet and beautiful but far from everything so you are depending on taxi or car. Pool area was nice and quiet as the the kids pool is well "isolated" . Breakfast was delicious but inconsistent and bigger variety was expected.

Front Desk and Restaurant staff make this hotel. The building lets it down and needs updating to retain 5star. Location, parking, Wi-Fi, Staff all Excellent. ideal for a golfing trip as the local course is top class.

Overall experience was that of a 4 star. Quality and maintenance of rooms and other areas needs attention. Floor tiles badly worn and chipped. Wash Basin drain stopper not working, when reported they just emptied it did not fix the issue. Curtains dont close fully leaving gaps for morning sunlight to get in. Better positioning of Plug Sockets where one can charge items. Only 1 at desk/table all others at floor level.

The location and environment were idyllic! The accommodation was practical and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were very attentive. We had really warm weather for January so were able to enjoy the terrace and views over the pools. Breakfast buffet offered a full range of hot and cold choices with lots of delicious fresh fruit! Buffet dinners, including wine, were varied and good value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the resort . Good base for exploring the area. No golf for us but I am inspired to maybe take it up as a hobby as the golfers were clearly in their element! Fantastic place! Will go again. 😊👍

Breakfast was lovely - loads of choice. Bar area was nice, staff lovely. Indoor pool is a great bonus when weather is not great. Room was great - nice and quiet. Lovely waking up to the birds. Staff were extremely friendly and very accomodating. Loads of different seating options dotted around the complex. Place was spotless. Loved eating breakfast watching the swans and ducks. Would happily stay again.

Decor in the rooms made them dark. While they were spotless - it would be nicer if they were brighter as during the day you were turning a light on in the room which isn't ideal. Not everything was replenished every day, for example they took one of the robes and didn't return it. Child had been using for going up and down to the pool. Indoor pool area could do with a quick paint job. Paving bricks are lifting in parts so be cautious walking home at night etc. Gym could do with some modernisation and maybe someone on hand to advise on equipment. Some appeared to be off when I was there. Bar menu could have a few more options. a bit limited.
