Good sized rooms, great location. Loved the pool and the garden area. Excellent value for money and everything you need all close by. The staff were great and polite! Definitely recommend. I will be booking there again for sure.

Everything was great.

I saw that there a some negative reviews so I decided to take action and try to mitigate against some of the issues raised. Overall I was happy with most areas including staff who were very attentive. I didn't find them rude. I don't yet speak Portuguese so I had to use a bit of Spanish and English. The photos of the pool didn't look so nice but when I got there it was clean and I even went in. It was good. I saw there were comments about cleanliness so I brought my own sheets and towels but didn't need to use them. I like that I didn't have pesky cleaners coming every morning like in a hotel that when you forget to put do not disturb sign they are standing there over in the morning. I hate that. But these ladies did as they said in the instructions following making the booking which is that they would clean and change sheets and towels on the 7th day. They did. I was happy. I liked the distance from the beach and the transports links to get around. It was a 28min walk which gave me good exercise but I could take a bus when I wanted to as well. You will need to use google maps for ease of access when it comes to transport timetables. Uber and regular taxis were very cost effective. There's a great family run restaurant and bar on the same street packed with Portuguese if you want to spend time with local people. They served great food and were very hospitable. But you will need to pay in cash or a Portuguese bank card. The beaches were amazing.

I didn't like the broken latch in the bathroom window. It actually gave me sleepless nights fretting. I realise that there is a very low crime rate in Portugal but I came from London. I needed to be able to try to take responsibility for my own safety. I saw that other people had shared this with the property owners and had commented on it in reviews. So I was disappointed to get there and see that it had not been fixed. Please get it fixed @Umbral. The Wifi was unstable if you are working remotely. And if you have a couple bonking every night be prepared to be up hearing them go at it. In my case it was all day and all night while trying to take business calls. Walls are a little thin.

I had a top floor room with a south facing window and a west facing balcony. Great views all round. Plenty of hot water. Supermarket within ten minutes walk. Nearest beach thirty minutes walk. the location was good in terms of shopping, lots of choice available. Florabel, the lady looking after the place, was very nice and very helpful. Any problems were taken care of immediately.

Can't think of anything really. Some of the furniture i.e. table and chairs have seen better days, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The place was really cute, and far preferable to staying in the city centre as it was quieter and we had access to a kitchen. The pool and outdoor space was quite nice, although we did not use them at this time of year. If you have access to a car, this is a great place to stay in Quarteira as the city/beach is only a 5-minute drive. For the price and the amenities provided (notably, the kitchen) it suited us perfectly.

The room was a bit outdated, but it was still cozy and comfortable.

Perfect proximity to Faro and the beaches. Crazy low price and great outdoor facilities, including private parking.

The room might enjoy a renovation, especially furniture and linens. Otherwise, it was very tidy - which improved the picture a lot.

Even though it was a late check-in the staff made sure arrangements were made for our arrival. They were very attentive and accommodating. We had the studio room with balcony, the room was very nice and clean. Big garden and pool area was also very nice and big :)

Walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbours very well😃 Kitchen stone was very slow, also there should be kettle also. Not very big problem, but if you have the room on the third floor then it’s very hard to take your suitcase up from the stairs-so the elevator would be nice but still very good place to stay!

The best value for money! I went in a low season (beginning of October) and it was one of the lowest prices. It was an entire equiped apartment with a balcony with a great view of the countryside right in front of the sunset. And the pool was amazing, super clean and I was alone there most of the time!

There is no TV in the bedroom, but for me, that was not a problem. The sofa in the living room was not very comfortable.
