Kids friendly. The kids loved every bit of it

Some little things needs attention like the shower glass looked like broken. Rooms needed bit more light. For the 4 star hotel was missing complimentary tea and coffee in the room with small kettle. The iron and ironing board to be in the rooms not 10e for every thing deposit.

Probably one of the best children friendly hotel we stayed in in Portugal. Might be busy in the summer, but we love it outside the season! (We went last year in November as well and we loved it). The “family room” meant 2 normal/double bed rooms with a door in the middle! Which was fantastic, but not clearly described when booked! The staff was friendly and relaxed. We also had a family ticket to the indoor waterpark included in the booking for 2 nights (a nice surprise, I didn’t see this info when booked!). The indoor waterpark is great for kids, plus, it is THE ONLY INDOOR WATERPARK in Portugal and Spain, as far as I know… We were happy to be almost alone there, but also sad about the “low” marketing of the place.

Fantastic staff!! After just 10 minutes the staff invited our teenager to play football later that day. They have family program during all day. Pool dance to face painting which our five year old loved! Very neat and clean reception area. The toilets were very clean. Great room size. Nice balcony. The food is good, but we only tried the dinner once. Kids loved the breakfast buffet.

The only thing that was wrong was that our air condition was not working properly but they tried to fix it straight away but it didn’t seem to be functioning after all. And when you shower the water seems to flow out from the shower so we had to use a lot of towels to clean up so it wouldn’t be too slippery!

Superb hotel. Breakfast had a range of choices for all the family. We had an evening meal on two occasions also . This was also very good with lots of choices. The room was comfortable and clean and modern. The pools were well maintained and ideal for families of all ages. Staff across the hotel were welcoming, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble when you needed anything.

There was nothing not to like. Only observation to help other travellers is that the location is a little outside the centre. We used Uber taxis which were inexpensive and very convenient so we didn't have any problems getting out and about. Buses go passed frequently too. However there is plenty tod o at the hotel and waterpark if you don't want to go off the complex.

the promotion to use the indoor water park which was great for kids and adults. the game room was good and also the play area. the bar has good variety of food also

there was no kettle, no glasses, not face soap and no scale in the room. to weigh our luggage we had to go to the game room! and pay 1 euro per piece of luggage to weigh which would make it hard to adjust the weight if they are overweight. Also maybe expand the game room since there is only one of each game, some of them are broken and due to the number of guests they were not enough. we had leave with a crying child couple of times because he could not play

Hotel well maintained and clean. Kids loved the water park.

Having been here many times thought this year that the hotel decision to close the access to indoor pool from the outside bar/pool area was a bad one. You now have to walk through the hotel to go from the outside to inside pool. You have to be dry and wear shoes to go from one pool to the other. Of course many adults/children did not adhere to this which resulted in a wet slippery marble floor, many slips and trips occurred. It was simple for many years prior to this with a door that opened straight into the indoor pool.

Great rooms, lots to do in the hotel and in the evenings. Kids absolutely loved the water park and still hd energy to enjoy the pool and mini golf in the evening while parents relaxed with a cocktail. Breakfast lovely, good selection. Not much else within walking distance, no shops to buy basics like water bottles. Being able to use the water park and hotel facilities on day of checkout was a nice touch.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been a really nice addition.

We could not fault Aquashowpark Hotel. It has great facilities on site along with the best waterpark we’ve ever been at! The hotel and rooms were spotless and there was a lovely and reasonably priced menu. Food standard was top class. The very best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and fun and they really made this the best place we have ever visited!

Could not think of anything to improve!

So clean, very modern hotel, great breakfast. Beside the waterpark which is fab! Staff are great & very attentive. Loved the decor, tge mini golf was great. Really enjoyed our stay.We stayed 4 nights, 2 or 3 would be perfect as an add onto a holiday as hotel price includes the Waterpark entry.

On a busy road, will need an uber to get to anywhere or even a shop but ubers are very cheap, approx €4/5 to get into Villamoura which is beautiful. No night time entertainment.

Absolutely made up with our 5 days at Aquashow Hotel. It met my expectations and was good value for money for what we paid especially given we had access to the Aquashow Indoor. The staff were especially helpful and friendly and catered for our needs.

I thought the breakfast was 'ok'. Could do with variety but again, for what we paid I was happy enough. I did however think the service at breakfast was excellent - the staff were always courteous and greeted us with a baby chair each day.
