That the adult only pool , had children in playing very loudly also ball games . This happened on 3 days . It was complained about to staff , who did speak to the children , but was ignored . Lots of people around the adult pool not happy . In particular on day 3 the whole pool was taken over by the children and families playing games . It was like a villa pool party . Totality surprised as would not expect this from the Conrad . Have stayed on a number of occasions and this has not happened. I understand it’s summer holidays but there is a pool for families and children .

The staff were the outstanding feature. Genuine, kind and couldn’t do enough. The property was as to be expected (spotless and inviting) and dinner offered very good value. Amenities such as the 3 pools (2 outside and one indoor) were great. Hotel has a spa, but we didn’t avail of it. A/C in the hotel and especially the bedrooms was excellent!

A wonderful experience staying at the Conrad. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly and in particular Diana at the breakfast restaurant! Rooms are spacious, clean and have beautiful balconies. The grounds are beautiful with several pools, lots of sunbeds, free tennis / football/ basketball court. There is heated outdoor pool accessible all year round and a free indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi. You can also pay a little extra and get access to the lovely SPA - massages are very good there! There is plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet and you can also order some additional items from the menu (all included in the breakfast charge). You can rent bicycles (including electric ones), get beach towels and water bottles for the day. The hotel has everything you can wish of needing! We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Exceptional staff and food. One of the best i have stayed at.

My only criticism would be the doors on the rooms. Very heavy and no doubt very expensive but when they close it is like a gunshot. You only really get a sense of it once you are in your room and your neighbours arrive or depart but it does mean that a sleep in is rather difficult in the mornings and then later on in the evening. Its an expensive place to stay and this one area was disappointing.

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful in every department. Breakfast choice was excellent and hot food was always hot as refreshed often.

In house restaurants a bit limited. We were surprised you had to pay to go to the beach and have a sun bed you got a free ride down there but had to pay 40 euros for 2 sun beds. it just seemed odd for a 5 star hotel in the Algarve.

Hi we paid a high price through booking.com fora junior suite as a special occasion but discovered on arrival there was no breakfast included which was really disappointing. When I checked on same day on B.com it was a lot cheaper than when I booked. The hotel couldn’t do anything as I had booked through booking.com and not direct. Makes me not want to book again through B.Com

Staff were excellent, so polite and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and comfortable. We loved the cleanliness of hotel, room and breakfast area. The location is close to Faro airport, 20 minutes at most in taxi. The bar was very good and cocktails excellent. Perfect location for golf as numerous courses on the doorstep. The shuttle to beach was great, 15 minutes each way. The hotel's infinity pool was lovely and it was good that there was another pool which catered more for children. Good base to visit Faro, Vilamoura and other popular places.

We found ourselves eating out as the main hotel restaurant was almost empty. It was a shame and I feel the hotel should find a way to entice customers to spend their evening and money in the hotel. Live entertainment and sit down meal would have been great.

The facilities at the property were exceptional and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed the food, using the gym and other facilities and I wish we stayed longer

Pretty much everything was as advertised and the only regret I had was not being able to use the spa service as they didn’t have an available masseuse for the time we wanted to book

Very comfortable & clean. nice & spacious with excellent facilities. Breakfast was excellent, staff were super friendly & helpful. it’s really a lovely hotel.

Everything has an extra charge, from bike hire, spa to sun beds on the beach & even some by the pool. I’d rather pay upfront & hand them included. also didn’t like that they allowed people hold sun beds by the pool when they weren’t using them - so all the free ones are held & you have to pay for any left. The rooms don’t have usb chargers, (they still have blue-ray!) and the location while good in that it’s opposite Quinta shopping is quite far away from the beach & there is no where nice to go for a run except a busy road.

What’s not to like? Customer service goes way beyond expectations. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. The amenities: pools, gym, spa, basketball, tennis, golf and shuttle. Top notch poolside drink and food service. The food was consistently excellent. Rooms were much larger that most Euro Hotels and have nice patios. The front desk staff gave us great Restaurant recommendations and did the bookings. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The landscape is beautiful
