The staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful and have a good command of English. The whole property was spotlessly clean with daily change of bedding. A car is really required although there is a courtesy bus. We have visited a number of times and the same high standards are always maintained.

Didn't like coming home!!!

The breakfast was one of the best self service ones I have come across. I would suggest upgrading the coffee maker as it does not produce a good coffee. The lady on duty was so pleasant and helpful. In the evening I found what I had to eat in Sena Restaurant to be very tasty and reasonably priced. The service is a little slow but I understand that is your custom and I was just not used to that way. All in all a lovely stay. Thank you.

A check from time to time of the pool area. There was a father and son in the pool and they were shouting at the top of their voice. Then they produced a ball and started to loudly play with it in the pool. They had the pool to themselves. It was most unpleasant and very uncomfortable and very loud.

Nice, quiet, clean complex and spacious apartment. Good location for walks and plenty of restaurants nearby. Good value for money in comparison to other hotels in Quinta do Lago. Overall the quality of food in the area was really good, if slightly more expensive than other holiday locations and areas of Algarve.

Can be a little expensive for food, especially snacks and lunch for kids around the pool. No local shop for groceries and essentials. Nearest is 25 mins walk or else Uber into town.

Rooms were big and very clean. Facilities were good. Great location - loved it. Loved the convenience of kitchen for some meals. Reception staff were always kind/knowledgeable and allowed us to use facilities after checkout as we travelled late. Nice to have a partially shaded pool as our children burn!

Cooked breakfast was not great - probably would have been better without hot offering! Couldn’t find replacement coffee pods for the machine in our room (looked in several supermarkets)

Beautiful location in Quinta Do Lago close to the lake. Spacious apartment with great air con, cooking facilities & parking. The electric blackout blinds were great. There is also a nice pool, hot tub & Turkish bath.

It’s very expensive for what it is but you are paying for the location. I didn’t find the bed & pillows very comfortable. The steam room was closed for maintenance for our entire stay. We had to leave before breakfast on our last day to catch a flight and asked if we could have some to take with us and sadly this was not accommodated.

Amazing flat, spacious, calm, with a great pool. The area is amazing

The WiFi is ridiculous, clearly needs to be improved. The breakfast was poor, only worked from 8-10 in the beginning and then was extended to 10:30. There isn’t place for all guests to sit and the staff seems lost at times. I don’t understand why there is a restaurant if it’s never open and the bar by the pool only opens from time to time. There were a few issues with cleaning sometimes to the point of us having to ask a new cleaning at the reception.

Location accommodation

The apartments were very nice although our particular one I think is in places looking tired in need of a makeover The two bedrooms with en suites were perfect for our needs the only down side was getting in and out of the bath to use the shower. The other slight Annoyance was the table lamp in the lounge was plugged into an electrical socket by the tv an the cable Run across the floor where it in my opinion was a trip hazard. Other than the above the accommodation was great.

Fantastic apartment,very large and very clean

On arrival the receptionist was okay but not over friendly and gave us no information about breakfast, the restaurant or any other useful info Luckily we bumped in to Pablo near the restaurant who asked us if we were okay . he explained everything about the site and what was around us to visit, making us immediately feel relaxed and on holiday .This would have been very helpful if reception had given us this information on arrival. Also the receptionist said we could only go in after 3.30 at the earliest whereby booking.com said 3. On showing her this she just shrugged and said ‘ after 3.30’!!

Location is excellent, check in & check out super quick and easy. The apartment is well sized and above average for the cost. It was also spotless and serviced every day with no issues.

Breakfast times were chaotic when busy. People queuing outside to get in, running out of dishes, food and water at times. The coffee machine was poor and the quality of coffee questionable. Coffee cups were continually used and people had to use glasses that were meant for water/juice. The staff were under tremendous pressure trying to accommodate everyone.

We enjoyed the apartment because it was perfect it also was very clean and spacious and very well equipped

We think that the breakfast could have a bigger variety of food and it should include the expressos
