Aamzing hotel next to the beach with great views and very friendly highly skilled staff with amazing customer service. Amazing wine collection that suits everyone. Amazing lovely smily receptionist that Helps a a lot in everything .. I FORGOT HER NAME as am worse person in names but big thanks to her. Hotel room has everything even toothpast and tooth brush and shaving kit

You must like everything about the hotel but having a hot drinks and kettle would be lovely. Unfortunatly there is none but amazing cafe downstairs exists

The whole team in this hotel were exceptional under the extraordinary circumstances of the power outage . Our flights were cancelled and we needed a place to stay and this team went above and beyond. On arrival, enormous confusion , no computers, no electricity but we were looked after with kindness and care at the reception, helped up the stairs with our bags and had an amazing meal (still not sure how they did that)! In a very stressful situation, this hotel provided a haven and the team provided the care with compassion, humour and real humanity!

My teens and I loved this gem of a hotel - it’s chic but more shabby chic/old world than modern, however everything very clean and friendly, very helpful staff. Our beds were very comfortable! Directly opposite the beach and the restaurant is very good value with tables overlooking the lagoon in the evening was perfect.

Nothing. However If you are a light sleeper maybe better to request a room looking over the lagoon. The road side can be noisy late.

Location was perfect and the staff go way above and beyond. Hotel was clean and tidy and vet well organised. They really are a fantastic asset to the hotel.

Only one plug socket in the twin room and maybe put more shelves inside the wardrobe. Some of the handles fell off the drawers. Was also slightly noisy from the bar outside but was nothing major and you can’t blame the hotel for that.

Staff is extremely friendly and polite. The hotel is quite old with very old furniture. There was an ancient writing desk in my room and a very old fan. The location is amazing as it’s right next to the beach and the bus stop, also it’s 5 minutes from the airport. The restaurant is very comfortable however food options are limited.

Great view overlooking the sea, on the first floor so easy access. Available to get snacks and drinks from 800 to 2300 Buffet breakfast from 800, food selection of fresh fruit, drinks and cooked meats. Reasonably priced Great selection of wine! All staff were friendly and helpful

Not a huge selection in the evening meal choices, and quite expensive for what was offered (spaghetti bol was 12 euros) Only chicken dish was piri piri They do also offer hot breakfast (scrambled egg, beans and meat) but it was not hot. Warm at best, sometimes the cooked meat was cold

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Its a great location and the hotel is charming and old-fashioned but in a very nice way. The breakfast is good value at €8 with everything you could want from fresh fruit, ceral, breads hot eggs and baco, cold cuts and cheese, etc. The showers are hot and everything is very clean. The airport is only 5 minutes away but you don't see or hear the airplanes on Faro Island. Its a great place to go to when you first arrive and to have a few dayas on a great beach. Parking is free too.

The only thing that I would say is the sink cabinet is in a bad state of repair and needs replacing.

I have stayed here before and rated it a week ago. Good breakfast for €8.00. Comfortable beds and noce view from balcomey

There was a guesto shouting and screaming at the top of his voice. Its was very disturbing because we could not tell f someone was a risk nor hear if he had someone in the room or was on the phone. The hotel manager tried to locate the room the noise was coming from and quite a number of guests came out into the corridor whodse sleep was disturbed like us. It went on for about one and a half hours before it stopped. There was a football match and it may have been to do with that, ut we all had our sleep disturbed.

Located next to the beach, the hotel has a very nice rooftop and extremely helpful staff. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the fruit and bottle of water left in the room. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was good.

I was aware from the reviews that the rooms weren't 'modern' and that the furniture and bathroom were dated. However, I would still return as the pros outweigh the cons.

Great location by a nice beach and lagoon. Just a short taxi ride to the airport (under 20 Euro) Good communal spaces and restaurant with views over the lagoon. Our room had a balcony and good aircon OK breakfast.

We have stayed a few times at the Aeromar because of its excellent location close to the airport and its great position by the beach and the lagoon. However, it is quite tired and needs a good spruce up, which might put some people off.
