I liked the fact that there was so much space, and a dining room as well as a kitchen table. Also, when the sun was shining I would have lunch outside on the patio, if I wasn't on one of my day trips. There was nature all around, I found some lovely walks starting right outside the back gate. Río do Formosa nature trail. I Also loved that there was a garden and I could do my yoga outside in the sun.

I didn't like the key code arrangement, as the information didn't appear on my phone and it took ages to sort out, I had help from 2 Norwegian brothers. After that, I made sure that I was around at check in time to welcome New guess and help them send offer them a cup of tea. Nobody offered me one and left me outside with my luggage for hours until the Boys help me and invited me in.

We traveled in the very late autumn, so we had the entire villa to ourselves. I would especially like to mention the neighborhood - it is a really quiet, clean, safe place. Despite the close proximity to the airport, our sleep was hardly disturbed by anything: as it turned out, planes fly over Faro and over the ocean more often than over this area. The villa has an impeccable layout, the common area on the first floor is huge. In the kitchen we found coffee, tea, sugar and all the necessary utensils. In addition to the kitchen, the first floor has a dining room overlooking the quiet street and a large living room with a fireplace! And on the second floor there is a spacious open balcony. The place is ideal to live with kids or big company of travellers. Beach is very nearby, and you can catch the bus to Faro and be there in 15 mins. If you are a car traveller, there is a very high chance to park the car freely near the villa

The villa was clean enough, but all the surfaces were old, hence often sticky. Unpleasant smells were found in the bedroom and in places in the living room. We had a bedroom with its own bathroom, everything was quite decent but still on the level of light cleaning. I did find a hair dryer in the bathroom, but its handle was so sticky that I had to wrap tissues around it to dry my hair. All the furniture in the villa is old but in good condition. The lamps shine quite dimly. If you want the feel of an old family Portuguese house, this is the perfect place. If however you want perfect cleanliness, sterility, high level of comfort and new pieces of furniture, then this place will not suit you.

Don't be put off by the proximity to the airport, this house is in a very peaceful and smart area and has the added *bonus* of being just 5 mins drive from the airport! Like many people I expect, we spent only a short night here before a very early flight home, however I'd love to have spent a few days staying as the facilities are superb - large kitchen, lounge, dining room, shared bathrooms - all spotlessly clean. Fast wi-fi and easy free parking in the street outside. The owner has thought of many nice touches, such as lights that come on automatically in the dark in the halls, as well as when you walk round the outside of the house. It's about a 20-minue drive into Faro so that's about the only downside of the location, but it's a winner in all other respects.

This is a stunningly beautiful and fantastically clean and well equipped house. The bathroom is not en-suite but it was spotless and I think I had it to myself anyway. There was tea and coffee in the kitchen which was great for me as I arrived late at night and hadn’t shopped. The house is near to the airport. I walked but having done so if you are a woman on your own I would get a taxi. Simply because it is so quiet and you have to walk past a building site and a wooded area. There is a comfortable terrace with bbq and charcoal and the tools are provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house it is calm and an ideal place for a stop over. The staff were also friendly and pleasant.

As I said above late at night and on my own I would get a taxi next time. Otherwise it exceeded my expectations.

This is a large house in a very lovely residential area that has been converted to six rooms. there are shared bathrooms but there are quite enough to go round so no queueing. In the summer there are places to sit outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. The local restaurant is very good and cheap with its daily menu of dishes compared to similar establishments we found in the area. Uber drivers seem to have no problem finding it. With a backpack it is an easy walk to the airport.

The bed was a little hard for my taste. I do not know how many were staying at the time but the cupboards and fridge probably needed a slight sort out as people left bits they could not fly onward with.

Comfortable, quiet and clean location. Had to book last minute since the town centre was too loud and the host accepted the booking in a instant. It was 15 min drive from the city centre in a relaxing area 15 min walk from a cool palm tree forest. Do recommend

The keys and signs on the doors are a bit confusing. Would be good to have just one of each to avoid confusion between Faro L and Faro which should have been Faro Island. Other than that all great

Unfortunately we had to depart early and we did not see any written material that indicated when breakfast was served. Also we did not see any staff on site while we were there. Instructions on how to obtain keys and get into the building were precise. We also liked the proximity to the airport and would definitely stay there again.

Great convenient location to airport (but quite far from Faro town, no problem if you have a car). 15 minutes flat walk to the Airport. Was able to drop our rental car off nearby as well then catch provided shuttle to the airport and walk back from there to The Pine House. Well equipped kitchen. Good sized, clean room. Shared bathrooms clean and tidy.

No contact person on premises. I received a pin code via Booking.Com to open a key box located outsidebtheventry door. Worked well after we realized we needed to check the message from the owner on the Booking.Com app. There was no toilet paper in the toilets on the first day. Some maintenance should have been dealt with better such as some defective light bulbs in bathroom and some of the fixtures were broken or loose such as the tap on one of the bathroom basins and the kitchen sink. Air conditioner did not switch on in bedroom.

We came to work during the Messe trade show, for sure it is bit of daily transportation to get to the trade show venue, but actually the transportation here in Nuremberg is very easy and fast, so it was very fast and easy to go every day, and the host very super sweet to suggested different way to go work, I have to say, at the end it was a lucky choice, after a whole day walking and working to come back to a lovely house that is located in the farm area and good fresh air environment to rest and wake up in the morning!

Location is near the airport just 20min by walking, so it is suitable for short stay before morning flight. Apartment is located in quiet area. Full function and furnished. Bed is comfortable. Bath room is sharing but next door. The balcony on second floor is supurb for chilling in the evening with some drink. The walking nature trail is near by so you can kill a day by the trail hiking and it is wonderful.

The shared kitchen, sitting areas and toilets are not that convenient if many guests are there (luckily that only few guests when we were staying). Some guests took a cork screw, so we couldn't open our wine on the first night. The coffee capsules are completely taken by some guests so no coffee for us on the second morning. However, compare with the price and location, it's value for money.
