Good facilities ,near the airport and our car hire for collection the following morning .Comfortable bed in newly decorated room with large walk in shower(as requested as I have temporarily mobility difficulties). Lift. Restaurant on site, open quite late ...we ate at 10 pm just after arriving from the airport .Very good value meal.Staff friendly and helpful .Spacious breakfast room with plenty of choice . Our second visit and will book again .

It was a Saturday night and so there were some cheerful but noisy locals celebrating in the restaurant. Restaurant is large enough to accommodate that.

Don't understand why not more stars. Very good breakfast, nice employees, good beds

Nothing it was all excellent!

Check in was easy and efficient. Staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent as were the waiters and waitresses.

It was clean, comfortable, modern and well maintained. Not a luxury hotel but more than adequate for a stop over waiting for a flight. The staff were really good. The restaurant was a spacious, busy chicken restaurant very popular with the locals which served simple but good food at reasonable prices.

It's a bit far out but worth every penny if you like to be away from the hustle bustle with spectacular views from your rooms balcony and don't mind steep walks from town centre. The rooms are beautiful and well thought of. Breakfast was well laid out. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Rooms open into a balcony, giving you breathtaking views of Miradoura on your right side.

Well, not so much about not liking, but a general observation. I don't know what it was, but the reception staff Beatrice who attended to us was a bit unfriendly. I initially thought it was the language barrier because both times (check in & check out) we were just awkwardly dealt with. She just nodded during our checkout. As we sat in the reception area, we couldn't help but notice how the other guests were warmly met and were bidden safe travels. First impressions!

It was clean and the staff were very friendly and it was open 24 hours. It is very close to the airport. I have no problem going there again.

1. We were two persons. On the first day we got a room which had a glass window (without any shutter) between bedroom and toilet/shower. If the light in the toilet is on, everything is visible from the bedroom, that was very disgusting for us. But on the second day the hostel management gave us another room after the request. If you don't want to have this type of Room, write it to the management before your arrival. 2. When I reached the check-in they asked to pay city tax. At that moment I didn't notice that I had already paid for it. when I got back home and checked the booking confirmation paper from booking.com, I saw, through booking.com I had already paid VAT and city Tax. I don't know why they charged again, Though it was only 3€!

Very close to the airport, staff was very nice. We didn’t try the restaurant but it was PACKED so it must be good.

Pillows were a bit weird but otherwise bed was comfortable.

The location to the airport was fantastic. The fact that there was also a very good restaurant in the hotel was an added bonus. The hotel rooms were a good size and although relatively basic, had everything you needed and were clean. The pool was a nice bonus, as it meant my grandson could spend his last few hours in Portugal in the pool.

Its not a dislike, just a idea, as apart from water from the hotel reception, the bar area in the restaurant closed at 3pm. It would have been nice to grab a cold beer .

The hotel is located about 3km from Faro Airport. We stayed 1 night on 16 September and again 1 night on 19 September. The rooms are of good size and very clean. Our adult children stayed with their 18mth baby in a family room. We stayed in a twin room with an en-suite bathroom. It has a large closet and a small bar fridge, but no hairdryer and coffee/tea facilities. The entire place is very clean. Breakfast is sufficient with a good variety of food. Free parking is available on site. There is also a pool and restaurant at the hotel. Just check your bill at the restaurant as we were charged double for one of the items which was corrected after being challenged. Our stay was overall very pleasant.

Nothing, but would have appreciated a hairdryer and coffee machine or kettle in the room.
