We stayed at the Ibis mainly because it's overall very wheelchair accessible. Ramp in and around the pool area, elevator, super good. great location — it’s super close to the airport, shopping mall and city centre which makes it perfect for anyone catching an early flight. A big bonus: free parking on site! Another major plus for us was that the hotel is dog-friendly — that was a key reason we chose it. The pool was a lovely surprise and definitely a nice touch for a short stay. Breakfast was solid, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes.

We stayed in Room 01, which was adapted. However, a note for anyone with reduced mobility or needing physical support: while the room itself is accessible, the shower design is not ideal. Their seating is in the same space as the shower regulator, poking you on your back, u will turn the shower off many times and it's not usable for someone who doesn't have abs. This isn’t really the hotel’s fault — it’s a poor design choice by whoever created the layout and labeled it "accessible."

When travelling with a rented car, this hotel is an ideal accommodation, since it is close to the airport, has a free parking, and it is quite close to the city center of Faro, which can be quickly reached by car. In Faro, there was a free parking opportunity at Largo de São Francisco. Clean room and clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast, even until 12:00 noon. Late check-out. A shopping mall and supermarket are very close.

The city center is a bit too far to walk there from the hotel. The rooms are small, but good enough for a short stay. If you have a large suitcase and many clothes to stow, it might be challenging to find a place or everything.

The hotel is close to the airport and not too far from downtown Faro. The hotel grounds are nice so a good first impression. The bed was comfortable and we liked the fact that the window in our room could be opened. There is a bright and cheerful looking breakfast room just off the main lobby, along with a small bar and another area where there is entertainment. The outdoor pool, which can be seen from the breakfast room looks nice as well. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and kindly arranged for our taxi to the airport. We were only there for one night and the price was such that we thought it was very good value.

Our room was rather small but manageable.

All staff attentive, courteous and helpful. Restaurant OK. Limited menu, but does the job after a long days journey and you just want something to eat and drink and get to bed. (Recommend the bacalhau- gorgeous). Bed comfy, quiet room. Couldn't hear any traffic noise.

Location. A bit isolated. Restaurants and cafes available in Montenegro, a few minutes drive away, but Hotel Ibis has everything you need for an overnight stay. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Very near Faro airport, 10 euros for a taxi transfer. Very affordable. Room quite small, but functional, very good shower. Breakfast is plentiful with a few sorts of breads, scramble eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, cereals, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, etc., swimming pool is great although in April the water was rather cold. Smiley personal. When your flight arrives late, this hotel is the perfect solution.

It was perfect for one night.

Room was suitable, bonus was the swimming pool. Restaurant and bar area was good. Very handy for the airport. The main excellent were the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help with queries. We were there during the National Power Cut, and the staff remained calm, dealt with queries and tried to help as best they could in light there was only power from the hotel generator.

The Personnel was exceptionally friendly and comforting, everyone from housekeeping to reception and breakfast had a smile for us and was in a good mood. We didn't have the time to use the pool but it looked fantastic and rhe while terrace and pool area is just beautiful.

The rooms are as in most IBIS Hotels a little too small, there is not enough space to pack or unpack luggage for more than two or three days. The overall cleaniness in the room was acceptable, just the shower mat had unpleasant stains.

This hotel is perfect for a one night stay close to the airport. It was a 6 minute drive from the hotel to the rental car drop off location. 24 hour restaurant, nice swimming pool, cute decor, super friendly staff.

If you are looking to stay here multiple nights for leisure, the location is not great and the rooms are small. But absolutely perfect for the last night before heading to the airport.

Not a fantastic location, no shops near the hotel, and a lot of surrounding noise ( train tracks, constant dogs barking, traffic noises) However, the hotel is wonderful. Staff are extremely friendly and cannot do enough for the guests. Food in the restaurant is tasty, however, a bit pricey. Stayed a couple of times and would definitely go back again in the future 👍😃😃

Very helpful and kind personel. The hotel was also clean and easy to navigate. Check in and chek out went smooth, no problems. We liked the location - near a very nice, spacious park that you can use to reach the harbour. The nearby airport and railroad caused no problems because the rooms were sound-proofed well, there was also AC available.

There were basically no vegan filling options for breakfast, only sweetened vegetable milk and breads. Because of convinience we still paid for breakfast to get the plates/bowls to eat on + the fruit, bread, but most of the breakfast components we had to buy ourselves to compose a filling meal. A veggie patty or plant-based spread like hummus would be nice.
