The staff were very helpful. We arrived late after midnight. Fortunately, the bar stayed open until 1 am. And the staff served drinks and helped organise an Uber delivery. We have stayed in the Alnacir before and were pleased to observe the same excellent standard.

Nothing springs to mind except one small thing: The only negative was the sink in the bedroom had been broken by a previous guest but the staff had not had a chance to repair it yet.

Location & parking great. Easy walk to bars & restaurants in centre. Basic room with hot shower, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

Window in bedroom did not open so felt a bit claustrophobic. Size of lift/elevator tiny- very claustrophobic so used stairs only. One night was good but no more really. Great value for money so close to Faro Airport.

247 reception was amazing , snacks and fresh drinks always available. Soap and shampoo in rooms provided and smelt amazing The beds were super comfy and the rooms were spotless Decent view of faro out of the window . The sunset in the morning was great . Perfect cool air conditioning in the rooms . If I was ever staying in faro again I would 100% use Alnacir.

Breakfast excellent,cleanliness perfect .and tidied everyday

Would have been nice to have balcony but there was a roof terrace which caught the sun late afternoon early eve , nice walk down to marina , little bit run down area but for the price ,breakfast and cleanliness could not fault it , I would definitely return

Room is simple, but clean - there was no problems with hot water, it was quiet. We really loved breakfast - very good. Warm buns, fresh fruit salad, juice.

Check in was simple. Directions to Bone Chapel & restaurants were clear & useful. Staff very helpful & efficient.

It was slightly unsettling that airport shuttle couldn't be set up til I got there. (In retrospect, it makes sense. ) For a senior traveling alone it was a trifle disconcerting.

Good little Hotel and value for money. Great breakfast. Easy to get into town within walking distance

Would have been nice ro take a bath but no plug. Also no kettle in room although we had a cuppa downstairs

A slightly tired hotel, but very good value for money - around £45 for 2 people with breakfast! Bedroom was clean with towels sealed in a laundry bag - a nice touch. Breakfast was more than adequate and staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Parking outside was no problem

I am really so impressed by the way how this place is clean and tidy as well as incredibly hygiene. I have stayed for almost two weeks every single day of my stay the room is clean and tidy, and i don't forget how friendly and caring staff they are willingly to help at any time 24/7 meaning 24/7, they went extra mile. Good location, very central to the centre of Faro. It was also very easily to park the hire car in front of the hotel (as requested). The staff were pleasant and the check-in service was fast

We had to pay a "tourist tax" upon checking in, and given that out group had been on a road trip travelling all over Portugal for two weeks, staying in a number of different locations it seemed out of place to be charged this. Although the rooms very good value for money, and the bathroom facilities were clean and good, the rooms were a little bit dated. Only one lift was working which was very small to fit people in.
