The hotel is comfortable and welcoming and kept spotlessly clean. Staff are excellent. The food quality was good and the dining room layout was lovely. Our beds were very comfortable and the view was fab. If you're a golfer you're likely to be in heaven!

Beware that not all rooms have baths; you'll need to request one if you don't like showers. The food was good quality but a bit mundane. Breakfast was the same every day and not particularly innovative.. I'd have liked more imaginative salads and fruit options The pool area was great, the beach not so. It's a 20 minute walk away, in May the sea was freezing, and there's no snorkelling, if that's what you want.

The hotel's location is perfect from every aspect. The staff are exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The quality and variety of the restaurant menu combined with a truly relaxed and peaceful ambience makes each evening special.

It's difficult to find anything that we did not like. The only suggestion regarding breakfast would be to offer more choice for a "cooked" breakfast, beyond the egg corner. For example freshly cooked (rather than buffet tureen) bacon, waffles and pancakes would enhance the menu.

Very good breakfast except most of the cereal was stale very helpful friendly staff

Breakfast cereal was stale , upsetting moment at 06.12 a member of staff unlocked our door and walked in, we were naked on top of bed, he said sorry and walked out not good at all The worst thing was they charge 25 euro's for use of iron and ironing board , thats extortion in my book , we stay in lots of 5 star hotels and have never had any charge . There was no tea making facility in the room , but the bought it on request for no charge

Fantastic hotel, great for families. The service was incredible - everyone was great but a special thank you to Barbara who really made our day every morning at breakfast and was so great with our young children. Fantastic location and views - we loved being able to walk straight from the hotel to the beach and along the boardwalk and explore the area. Great facilities and food - we loved breakfast and dinner in the bistro at night. Highly recommend!

Beautifully kept and stunning location with a great boardwalk which takes you to the beach. Quite a few very good restaurants within walking distance and the Hotel Seafood buffet on Sundays is excellent

There is no adult pool and we had two incidents during our stay where the pool was closed for a short time. A couple of dealings with reception where staff could have been more helpful but on the whole staff were excellent.

For a 5 star hotel there needs to be a coffee machine in the rooms. Also an iron and board this normally comes as standard in any 5star we’ve stayed in and not charged 15 euro daily. Sockets at the side of the bed also I had a cpap machine that I need to use nightly and this made it difficult to use

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Lots of available loungers around lovely pool. Well stocked buffet breakfast

Pool bar whilst efficient if you were there, but it took too long to get drinks from loungers or seating area overlooking gardens. Would be better if Pool bar moved to a nicer location. Aircraft noise at 6am disturbing

it feels like home, nice staff and friendly atmosphere, one day we invited to a party hosted by hotel management, they involved with guests and long talks and conversations, awesome experience. place is calm beyond your expectations, the beach is piece of paradise, the wooden road is dreamy.

The situation of the hotel is very good, right next to the Ria Formosa, the beach and golf courses. Our room was on the garden side of the hotel, which we liked because it was cooler than the side looking over the sea. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

There could have been more hooks to hang clothes on. It was a little strange that the toilet was only accessible by going through the bathroom. There was no separate shower. We would have liked a bigger table in the room, and also a dressing table. We had to ask specially for tea making equipment.

The choice at breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. The pool was delightful with very friendly and helpful staff. The cocktail bar was great with very entertaining staff that created a lively atmosphere!

I don’t think you could have done better! We had everything we needed! Great place , great staff what more could you ask for?
