Location was excellent. Close to beach and marina. Pool and gardens very well maintained. Friendly staff.

Room was very well equipped and spotlessly clean but needed a little updating. Had lunch first few days in restaurant and food and staff were great. However, on one day, we ordered 2 salads - one chicken and one tuna. Chicken was delicious but tuna was very disappointing - miniscule portion of tinned tuna and when this was pointed out to the waiter, he brushed it off and said that was the portion! Even though he was friendly, his attitude was dismissive nd we did not return to the restaurant after this except for breakfast which was always good.

Noise in the lobby area. This is due to poor acoustics and lack of adequate sound damping in the lobby. Noise (disco music) during the breakfast. Continuous thumping of basso sounds from loudspeakers in the restaurant disturbs the enjoying of the breakfast. Difficult to find in the room power sockets suitable for recharging mobile phones and other devices

Very good location, minutes from the beach and marina. The hotel itself was lovely, very clean, very friendly staff and rooms were serviced daily. Our room had a sea view and was very big with a small kitchenette well kitted out. Breakfast was included and had a great choice for everyone. Snack bar was very reasonable for sandwiches, pizza's, chips. Pool was spotless and lots of sunbeds available. If we return to Vilamoura we would stay here again.

3rd year staying. Bathrooms have been updated and much better. Breakfast had improved a lot as well. Staff always friendly and great location for beach, walking, restaurants and bars.

Vilamoura itself full of drug dealers and prostitutes.

Lovely clean rooms and bathrooms recently refurbished plenty of water pressure and hot water Beach towels available from reception at no cost Staff friendly and allowed us two rooms out of the four to check in early. Bar reasonably priced

Breakfast buffet was cold Towels supplied are a little rough to dry with But continental choices are good Beds are little uncomfortable

The swimming pool area. Not enough sun umbrella’s and no control by staff to prevent what everyone were doing by leaving the area for hours leaving their belongings to prevent others from using the sun umbrella’s,on one occasion a fight nearly broke out !! Our room size was great and had all the facilities one could need however the bathroom needs a full renovation. Looked like it was done in the 70’s

Everything really!! Location few minutes walk to shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants, casino, laundry, marina, beach etc. Self catering but with breakfast. Lots of storage. Modern bathroom. Really helpful staff at all levels.

Even though all adequate, wood fixtures (drawers, wardrobes, cupboards) are rather 'tired' as is kitchen sink and hobs. Also all sockets are single so awkward if for example, you want kettle and toaster at same time!! Take multiple adaptor!!!

This hotel was in a perfect location for everything. The staff were lovely and the hotel was spotless. I think it may have been one of the original hotels in Vilamoura, so it is not modern, but our room was large with a separate bedroom and living area, kitchenette with everything you would need and a large balcony with seaview. We loved it.

There was some building noise going on as some of the hotel is being renovated

The Staff was amazing since the begging, well polite, full of patience to answer all my questions and totally helpful Ruben and Natalia you are doing a good job, for me hospitality is the most important thing, 5 stars for you About the apartment I really like it, facilities, completed kitchen, nice bathroom, huge Apartment, and comfortable for 4 people, location is the best.

Beds, pillows, and the lack of plug to charge phone or use electric things.

Excellent location, breakfast was great and pool area clean with lots of beds. 1 bedroom apartments are very spacious and well equipped. Staff were helpful and polite. Beds were comfortable, including the sofa beds in the living room.

Aircon in our room was broken which made sleeping a bit difficult at times.
