The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. I wasn’t expecting two terraces and a garden and there was plenty of space for a family of 4. It was very clean also.

The air conditioning didn’t work very well. It didn’t work in the bedroom at all and in the sitting room the air conditioning was poor. We did not bring this to the attention of the staff while we were there, so it is our own fault. Also if you are to book this room as a ground floor room, it is not mentioned that there are five steps to get up to the room and then steps down to the grass area. There is no accessible route. This was fine for us as we could just carry the buggy up, but it is not wheelchair friendly.

Love the location, so close to the marina. Delighted to see improvements have been Made to the apartments, new sun loungers, outside furniture and bed linen. Appreciate the washing up liquid and sponge also.

There was a lot of ants and small black flies. I appreciate this can’t be prevented but bug spray should be provided. We requested it on day 1 as there was so many but the bottle was almost empty so we had to buy another. Also we have visited many times and I always notice that the skirting boards are very dusty and under the kitchen table always has crumbs. We also had to request a tea towel so it would be convenient if this was provided as there is washing up liquid and sponge. Also the pool was out of action for our store and we hadn’t been informed of this in advance so that was disappointing. It would have been nice to have been aware before we arrived.

Clean, spacious apartment located very close to the marina. Not totally refurbished, but those parts that were looked great (lovely bedroom). Good kitchen facilities, air con & maid service once a week. Receptionist very friendly & helpful. Good value for money.

No balcony - but I knew that when I booked & there is only a view of other apts anyway, so not really a problem. I couldn't get the TV satelite channels to work, but didn't ask at reception, so can't really moan! Make sure you receive the key box code before arrival if checking in late.

Close to the Marina, restaurants, shops, taxi rank. Once you came up to the apartments it was so quiet, even though you were only one street over from the pubs and restaurants

The hassle of trying to get into the pool area. We weren't given a fob and our card wouldnt open the gate so you would have to call the lifeguard over to open the gate and let you in. Apartment was much smaller than expected,but comfortable. Sitting room and bedroom was one area so when our daughter was napping we disnt really have anywhere to sit other than the kitchen which didnt have aircon

The apartment is very well situated very close to the Marina with plenty of choices of restaurants & bars close by. Staff at reception were very informative & helpful. The Apartment was very comfortable & clean

The pool is shared with another building, so it is not directly outside. There were only a few sunloungers around the pool, which were generally occupied. However as this apartment is good value for money & in a good location that makes up for the pool situation

The location was perfect, only a 3/4 minute walk to the Marian . It was a safe place for children too.

The couch bed was very uncomfortable to be sleeping in for 6 nights . Also the washing machin area could do with been abit more accessible, it is in a storage area and have to wait for staff members to use it . We asked for house keeping 3 days in a row and they never turned up , meaning we had to go and by towels and toilet paper.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Free WiFi was much appreciated, as was the fresh towels and bedding halfway through our week. We loved the pool and the fact that it was staffed - the young man was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was extremely efficient. The location is superb, with many restaurants only a minutes walk away and the marina only 2 minutes walk too.

The banging of the front door could be rectified by adjusting the door closers.

We loved the proximity to the marina and restaurants. Intermarche was also close. Near everything location is fantastic. The pool is perfect it's across the road but it is fine ..plenty of sunloungers. We forgot to pack beach towels and we could borrow so thank you Florentine. Shower great .

We would have loved a balcony but that was my fault at booking time I should have double checked . Florentine on reception was very nice and very impressed that our bedlinen was changed 3 times in 10 days. The pool located across the road is great and there were 14 sunloungers so it was fine. Grass was fine too no ants!

Self contained, near the road but not too noisy. Plenty of parking.Everything you need in the kitchen and two supermarkets within easy walk. Location is fantastic for eating at the marina and for accessing miles of beaches.

Pool had obviously been cleaned and looked superb - however it was not open in beautifully sunny first week of April. Main bedroom patio doors damaged so let draughts in. Bathroom window screwed shut so drying towels more difficult.

Everything Location(less than 5 minutes walk from the Marina, pubs, restaurants etc but still quiet).Cleanliness , well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with brilliant shower. Comfortable bed. Tv with some English speaking channels. Air conditioning/heating. Regular change of towels and maintenance. Safety deposit box for passport, credit cards, etc(this is very important for my peace of mind). Check in was quick and easy. I can highly recommend Mouraliz Apartments for a great holiday in Vilamoura.
