Excellent location, very pleasant building, the room is a wonderful suite with breathtaking views and a big terrace. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful.

- The jacuzzi on the terrace doesn't work (it's leaking, so you can't fill it up) - You have to pay extra to use the safe in the bedroom !! In a 250€/night room !! never seen such nonsense - The bed is creaking (again, in a 250€/night bedroom...) - Breakfast closes at 10:30 but starts closing at 10...

Great views and close by to shops and restaurants. Staff were so friendly, breakfast was very generous and finished at 11am allowing a nice long peaceful morning. Very clean and well looked after.

Unfortunately the building work nearby meant we could hear loud digging from 8am-6pm with the exception of their lunch break. Apparently it’s been going on for weeks which I’m surprised is allowed during the busy holiday months. Not the hotels fault and hopefully a temporary issue.

All the staff were very friendly & always available for questions if needed, particular thanks to Jorge and his welcome to us and happy persona throughout our stay. Cleaners in the rooms every day, plus a great choice at breakfast (which is included in the price) and the breakfast room overlooks the outdoor pool & beyond to the sea & town. Therefore it as a great location for an easy, short walk to the marina or into the old town. The location was perfect for us out of town with stunning views! An all round super hotel that we’d highly recommend.

We liked everything about the property however some may comment it is a bit dated, however we prefer the more traditional type of hotels and this one as been there since 1962.

The big groups of lads that were there. They weren’t horrible but just a bit loud and overbearing!

All the staff were very nice Adults only nice and peaceful Ideal location nice and quiet with a short walk to old town unlimited bars and restaurants and close to the beach. ATM and supermarket next door to the pool. The rooftop pool was nice and relaxing although a little tired and dated looking, in need of a little refresh Our room was lovely and spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view. The room was cleaned and there were fresh towels every day which were lovely and fluffy every time. The fridge in the room was very welcome The bathroom was lovely and spacious ,the shower pressure was amazing. A great selection of food and drinks at breakfast.

The hotel is a little bit dated/tired looking. The pool area needs a little refresh and update new loungers etc The bed in the room was quite hard and stains on the frame. We had a very spacious wardrobe but there was a bit of a smell so we didn't use it It was no big deal but maybe it needs to be deep clean and some air freshener

The staff are truly amazing , they are an absolute credit to your hotel . A big thank you to Anna and Jorge for helping me surprise my sisters. The hotel has old fashioned charm . It’s is spotless inside and out . The afternoon cake and tea , port, fresh lemon water in the lounge and fresh fruit to take is a great touch . Easy walk to town and the beach . We would love to come back , thank you for a super stay .

It could do with some re decorating in places but it didn’t detract from our holiday at all . More sun umbrellas would be an asset.

Spacious comfortable room with great sea view. The whole hotel is very nicely decorated, I liked the style very much. They offered a private garage, but I could find a (last) free parking place luckily in front of the hotel, too. I did not try the spa, but they offer it. It was too cold for the outdoor pool that looks quite good.

The lift to my room was out of service for the whole time of my stay which was a problem. I have mobility issues and the stairs were a terror for me, especially with my luggage. They offered another, better accessible room later, but I was already unpacked, dressed in pyjamas and too tired to move to another room. The breakfast coffee is not good. The distance and elevation to the beach and tourist center was too big for my knees.

Great location, lovely staff (except from one member who made a bit of an offensive comment), lovely view.

Road works happening below, extremely loud noise from 8am - 6pm everyday and no warning prior to arriving or on arrival which was disappointing and made it hard to enjoy sitting out by the pool or on the balcony. There wasn’t an incentive provided to guests either to apologise for the disturbance.

Our second visit to this hotel, and it was even better than our first. Everything is just as you’d like it. George cannot do enough for you; and is absolutely wonderful, as are the other staff at reception. The breakfast is great with a good selection of pastries, English style breakfast options, along with cold meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurts and juices. The rooms are so clean and the cleaning staff were friendly too. The location is perfect for watching the sunrise on the balcony.
