Very good hotel for super Value, Breakfast has been fine. Furniture is a bit obsolete, but very cozy hotel near to the Old City, I recommended, hopefully will be there again in autumn:)

Very chill place and a good night's rest with everything I needed. The place is a little old, but that's what gives it its charm.

The hallways could be a little musty, and parking was a small pain, but it was a nice stay.

The location of the property was in a quiet area with lovely views above the old town. It was in a great location as it was only a few minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes from the centre of the old town. The staff were amazing. Cassia was very welcoming and helpful before and when I checked in. I spoke with Nazare on most days and she is really friendly and made guests feel so comfortable and welcome. She was very professional and is a real asset to the hotel. I never met the cleaning team but they did a great job in keeping the rooms very tidy, every day. The rooms were spacious and great value for money. I would definitely come back again and had a great time visiting Albufeira and the Algarve for the first time. Well done and thank you to all the staff at the hotel for being superb at looking after the guests so well :)

Loved the location and the staff. Quiet at night and no traffic. Close to the beach and old town. Staff gave us great recomandations about the area and helped organize car rental and parking. Breakfast was decent. Had a great view with a little garden outside our room which was amazing.

The room did not have AC so it got quite hot during the day. We had a fan that we turned on the entire time to keep ourselves somewhat comfortable. Also the parking space outside is beeing used by many others in town who are not staying there, making it hard to get a parking spot in the evenings. The staff let us use their parking one night though when it was full, which was very kind of them.

This hotel is perfect for spending a week in the sun exploring the Algarve and Albufeira. The staff are helpful and friendly. The lobby and bar area is well presented and warm welcoming. The room was spacious with a desk, which was great for working from and the terrace was a great size with two chairs and a table with fantastic views. We often had little snack meals on here to avoid eating out all the time. The rooms are refreshed every day which I loved, coming off the beach to a clean floor was a dream. The pool is perfect for a cool down dip post beach. The hotel is situated in between the marina and the main town where you have a choice of bars and restaurants. Peneco beach is a 10 minute walk. The little train stops just outside hotel cerro which is a 2 minute walk. I originally only booked for 3 nights but extended my stay to a week as I loved it so much.

We really appreciated being given a room with a balcony, even though it was right above the pool. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we slept really well, as it was also quite quiet at night. The room was spacious and the bathroom too. The location was great to grab an Uber and explore beautiful beaches nearby. Very helpful staff.

It's obviously an old hotel and there was only one plug in the room but reception provided us with an extension lead, which helped. No air-conditioning but a loud fan. We ended up switching it off and slept with the doors open. Saw a cockroach in the bathroom one night. Breakfast was very plain to be honest - ham and cheese, pastries, oddly looking scrambled eggs and bacon, which we didn't try, as they didn't look very appetising. Given all this, I think it was a bit pricey for what it is but overall we enjoyed our stay. Did not try the pool, as it was quite small and there were always quite a few people.

Breakfast on the balcony is the highlight of the day, and cheap if you include it when you book! My room was very large, and a bit dated, but had no view. That's okay, I was there to sleep. Plenty of space in the bathroom, but the shower over bath was a bit narrow. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful!

If you are doing public transport like me, then it's a bit uphill to get there! But it's worth it. Later I walked to the beach and town centre without a problem.

Perfect location (10 minut walk to the city centre), the view was stunning. Parking space was included, the room was spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpfull.

We would love an AC. The nights were breezy so we would leave our windows open to cool down, which was perfect but then we would wake up beacause of the noise outside. The breakfast was ok, we would like more option. And we were missing the drying rack. Otherwise a perfect stay.

I loved my stay. I can't wait to return. The hotel is close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. The staff is always very attentive. The room is always clean, with an amazing view and super comfortable. The breakfast is also delicious, with a helpful team that is always in a good mood. I loved it!

I would say that an air conditioner in the room would be fantastic, but the fan helped a lot with the heat, in addition to the balcony being spacious and breezy
